Lowborn Echoes of a Mere Polzei - Open
There was a quarrel amongst the Polzei of Xøya, the phenomenon Midnight faced wherever he was. In his stubborn attitude, he may have taken the incident all to seriously, but he just felt he needed to be respected. Whether he was the butt end of a joke, or whatever, Midnight occasionally had a good roast from his peers, ever since he was younger.
To get some cool air, the Xøyan polzei Midnight left that evening, in a reserved manner told them he needed a vacation. They all either laughed and mocked him, or felt concerned he was leaving his shift. Midnight was in no concern of being fired, these incidences had been occurring for some time now, those in charge should understand. He was good at his job, anyhow.
On the Coastline shore in some random rogue territory, Midnight was peacefully drinking from the ocean; however, he was in the worst of moods. He saw the fish through the water, a high pitched echo pierced the waters surface, and he would gran a quick snag of one, in a frustrated manner from time to time. It was midnight and like always around this time, especially with the moon showing bright, Midnight would get a very impish... The crickets chirped and a fish would splash out of the water occasionally, and the breeze, still and calm. The air was warm, and his sword had a feint glow to it, chiming a magical tune around Midnights body. He may have been hunt happy, but one could never know what his mood would dictate around this time of night.

Soba had been softly wrapped around a tree, looking up at the sky, the stars shining brightly in his green colored eyes turning them to a lime color, he stretched out his body and looked at the ground, the air had been warm and breeze was still and calm, he had enjoyed the weather. He closed his eyes peacefully before opening them. He felt thirsty he couldn't deny that, he flew to the Coastline shore to take in a sip of water, he settled down by the side and began taking in small laps of water, he spotted a figure in the corner of his eye and looked, his eyes widened in shock and slight terror and his fur bristled slightly he had looked up at Midnight but immediately looked away and scooted to the side.

Midnight's sword dropped to the surface, still gripped by his wicked looking, long claws. He growled as he twitched his head slightly,
"Who's here," he commanded, being blind he couldn't always make out what was happening around him.
His echolocation, however, scanning Soba's body.
Still, a teetering, whimsical chime danced around Midnights body.

Soba hung his head low, he was too scared to speak but tried to as he didn't want to look rude "m-me. I'm the only one here at the moment aside from you." he murmured and slowly looked back up to Midnight in fear, his fur still bristled in alarm and his eyes still dilated in fear, he was ready to spring and run away at any second looking at the blade, he stared at Midnight's claws with a look of astonishment and shivered at his growl.

Re: Lowborn Echoes of a Mere Polzei - Open
Midnight sighed,
He calmed himself,
"Ah,..." he stated in a very inviting but dark manner. He began to explain rather in depth of all of his troubles since childhood, and he mentioned how it was nice that the little dragon had respected him, and it seemed to go on and on about how frustrated he was at work, and how he hated some of the other dragons, from time to time getting rather upset about what he was saying.
"Aside from listening to me, about my long drawn out biography, though, what are you about?"

Re: Lowborn Echoes of a Mere Polzei - Open
Soba had seemed quite interested in his story, he held respect for all life forms in the world, from the smallest insect to the largest dragon he would have an open mind for everything. Soba thought of why Midnight had been having so many troubles in his life, Soba wished he could help to fix these problems but there was no way most likely. Soba had taken a minute to think of the question that Midnight had asked him "...I...don't really know." he looked down at the ground lightly pawing at it.

I hope it's alright that I join. I assume this takes place after the Valentine's day, so Soba will probably recognise Azriel. --
Wings loosely folded at his sides, the dark-scaled dragon carefully made his way around the swamps that the Xoyan territory seem to be overflowing with. His steps were careful, silent, the gait of someone who was closely acquainted with stealth, and he made sure not to drag his tail as he walked. Eventually, he crossed out of Xoyan territory and there he finally allowed himself to take to the skies, for the swamps were practice and it would be simply lazy of him to fly over them.
The stars were shining bright tonight, dots of light scattered across the velvet spread of night sky, but he took little notice of them as he swooped down and landed lightly on the shores, where he paced along the sand and let the silence fold over him. Letting his mind work and spin. However, the solitude he had come here for was soon interrupted by voices, and soon their owners came into view.
As he looked closer, he noticed that one had a familiar body shape, and another he couldn't recognise; Soba was pawing at the ground, admitting that he didn't know something. He spoke up with a polite, "Hello, Soba and new dragon."

Re: Lowborn Echoes of a Mere Polzei - Open
Soba continued scraping at the ground, he calmly groomed his fur while thinking, he looked up at the sky as he groomed himself, the stars shimmered in his eyes like emeralds, he whispered to himself as he looked into the water "it's like a world of jewels" he said in shock before slowly finishing up the grooming, his fur now laying down signifying calmness. He looked up at the greeting and glanced to Azriel, he gave a short wave to him with his tail and smiled softly at him "hello Azriel, how are you doing on this night?" he asked with a shine still in his eyes as he turned to him, he clearly had remembered Azriel as well, he stopped scraping the ground and took a small lap of the water to get another drink and looked back to Azriel with a smile still on his face.
