Quitu, Seeker of Adventure
Personality and the Basics
Name: Quitu
Gender: What gender?
Type: Western Dragon
Species: A hybrid between a Nebula Wyvern and a NightWing
Age: 16
Date of Birth: March 9th
Personality: Quitu is very open and bold, and is eager to make new friends or try new things. Most of the time they seem like the enthusiastic needs-a-babysitter little sibling, but when needed, they’re actually not bad at taking charge. If put under too much pressure while in a leadership position, though, they can become bossy and snap at others. They will be very impatient if not able to fidget or have something to distract them during the waiting time, but they’re also very caring, and will fight anyone that dares to hurt those they’re close to. They are very intuitive and can easily guess the alignment of an unfamiliar dragon.
Hobbies: Flight tricks, reading, exploring, drawing, writing
Likes: Fish, strong updrafts, puzzles, books
Dislikes: The Ki’sha, Akkan, closed-minded dragons, sand, getting wet
Fears: Being unable to fly, being trapped, friends getting hurt

History: Quitu’s parents had a dream; create an archive of every book ever written. They spent years gathering books upon books and a massive hoard of treasure in their home, a mountain cave, until Maugh finally laid an egg. By this time, Maugh was becoming greedy, so she attempted to kill Untryr right outside their home. The violent thrashing and thumping caused a rockslide, trapping the egg inside with only a little crack to see the outside world. Akkan, Untryr’s brother, arrived just in time to see the crushed bodies of his brother and sister-in-law. Untryr’s dying wish was for Akkan to keep collecting books, and take care of the egg, which was to be named Quitu. Akkan was very bitter towards Quitu, who he thought was the cause of the attempted murder, but he still took care of them, not wanting to disrespect his brother’s name. Sixteen years later and Quitu is still trapped, with Akkan dropping food, puzzles and books through the crack. A small earthquake caused another rockslide, most likely killing Akkan, leaving Quitu to leave the cavern and go forth on their own.
Physical Appearance and Accessories
Height: 6 ft
Length: 18 ft
Wingspan: 28 ft
Scales/Fur/Feathers: Black with scattered dark blue scales
Eyes: Aqua
Accessories: A small satchel in which they carry money, maps, and tools
Armor: A permanent, self-crafted metal splint for when they broke their wing and it didn’t heal back together
Horns/Spikes: Two indigo horns just above their ears, and a row of indigo spikes down the back
Overall Appearance: Quitu is overall a very small dragon with an enormous wingspan. They have a large aqua fin almost like a night fury’s on their tail which enables amazing agility in flight, and their betacarpals (carpals are toe bones, metacarpals are finger bones, betacarpals are wing bones) are also very flexible letting them shape their star-sprinkled wings for different tasks.
Abilities and Strengths
Abilities:
Plasma Fire
Plasma fire is a combination between a nightwing’s fire and a nebula wyvern’s plasma blast. It is much hotter than red fire at 1,800 °F, making it blue, and it is less explosive than a plasma blast.
Weakness: It makes a whole lot of sparks and throws shrapnel everywhere if aimed at a solid object. This can hurt any allies battling alongside them and draw a lot of attention.
Cooldown: 4 turns. Their body needs time to regain enough oxygen required for the chemical reaction to take place.
Healing Magic
Quitu can heal minor to moderate wounds with a natural magic that appears as a purplish aura surrounding their talons.
Weakness: This takes around two to five turns to complete and drains their energy depending on the size of the wound.
Cooldown: 10 turns
Detective’s Intuition
They can read body posture, speech, and the slightest of eye movements to easily guess a dragon’s alignment. When trying to dig for information, they will often ask questions they already know the answer to so they can correct a lie and pull up more info.
Strengths: They are very nimble and quick, with flight speeds reaching up to 120 mph. They are also very booksmart and speak many languages due to their time trapped within an archive. They have very acute senses, allowing the detect an ambush fairly easily.
Weaknesses: They aren't very strong at all, so this means if a larger dragon manages to grab hold of them, they have no choice but to use plasma fire. They also get distracted easily and loud noises disconcert them greatly. They do have a permanently broken wing, but the splint makes up for that by holding the bone fragments together. If this splint is damaged, they will be rendered unable the fly, and robbed of most of their speed.
Fighting Style: They are more into using natural weapons, such as claws and teeth, for close-range combat. More often than not, Quitu will dodge and avoid attacks while taunting their opponent until they tire out and let their guard down, when Quitu can land a few well-placed blows to take them down. The plasma fire is only used when they are pinned and desperate.
Magic: Quitu can use a simple spell to allow them to see the stars on the cloudiest of nights for navigation, and they have another one that allows them to specifically sniff out good fruits and berries.

Just a few things before I can approve your character:
Please state the temperature of Quitu's plasma fire, and change the speeds that Quitu can reach, as the maximum is 120mph, 140 for dives as stated here.

One last thing. You need to have one more weakness than strengths, and as far as I know you have three each. Add one more weakness and your character should be good to go ^^
