Personality: Sparkleface's parents drilled a respect for others into him, and taught him the value of hard work, despite their noble status. Their efforts to ensure that a humble, hardworking son were not in vain, and Sparkleface ended up respecting the value of hard work and compassion towards others, although he sometimes catches himself thinking wishing his enemies dead. He grew to love adventuring through the time he spent with his parents, but he prefers to do so at night, when his sparkle is most visible. Sparkleface constantly strives to expand both his dominion and stores of gold, but rarely succeeds at expanding his dominion, despite his somewhat charming demeanour. However, his childhood was not all sparkles and glitter, and he can come off as haughty and arrogant to many people, due to his isolation from dragons his age during his upbringing. Sparkleface also finds it hard to take a break from working, as he finds that there is always more work to be done, and this has alienated many of his friends.
Hobbies: Sparkleface is a proud collector of gold, in all its shapes and forms, and one day plans on building a castle with all the gold he has collected. He also became interested in developing technology to enhance his combat skills due to a weak connection to the SparkleForce. This developed into a full blown obsession after the Spider incident, which Sparkleface does not enjoy bringing up. When his father was asked about the Spider incident, all he mentioned was that no spider in their right mind would build their home right next to a hot spring in the middle of the woods frequented by dragons.
Likes: Sparkleface enjoys learning about the cultures of the world, as he believes worldly education is important. He also finds great enjoyment from spending time in hot springs, and finds the process to be cleansing in nature. He also enjoys bird watching at night as he finds the small size of birds to be very adorable, and having the appropriate number of eyes is also important to Sparkleface.
Dislikes: Sparkleface dislikes the sun, as direct exposure to it overwhelms his dim sparkle, one of his greatest insecurities. He believes that his weak sparkle makes him an undesirable mate. He also dislikes dragons who laze about, a dislike instilled from his parents, who supplied him with a never ending supply of hard work, and as such, he spends very little time relaxing. Sparkleface als prefers to stay away from forests, in large part due to their high spider population.
Fears: Despite Sparkleface’s laid back disposition, they have deep rooted fears from their childhood. Sparkleface’s attachment to their gold has led them to develop a deep love for it, and as such, he has developed an intense fear of losing his gold, and trusts no living creature near it, save himself. Sparkleface also fears, to a far lesser extent, spiders. He finds their increased number of eyes frightening and obscene, and believes no creature should have more than two eyes.



Place of Origin: Sparkleface's childhood was spent near the banks of the Jade River, between the high Etcan Mountains and the Quatel forest. He learned to love gold after many adventures in the Etcan Mountains with his mother, and developed a fear of spiders after hunting in the Quatel Forest with his father.

Language: Sparkleface learned to speak Vuarian after numerous encounters with their tribe, and picked up the SparkleTongue, which allows him to cast spells, from his parents, as well as Universal. His parents also made sure to teach him Kenarun, which helped him immensely when he relocated his home to Faen Gorge.
Home: Sparkleface built his home deep inside of the caves of Faen Gorge, making his precious gold highly inaccessible to those wishing to to steal it. It does tend to make inviting guests over difficult.
Parents: Sparkleface was lovingly raised by King Sparklicious and Queen smth, and spent his childhood embarking on adventures throughout upper Layrian or doing obscene amounts of work. Sometimes simultaneously.
Siblings: Sparkleface wishes he had siblings, but he recognizes that he hit it out of the park when he was born, and no child could possibly live up to his legacy. His parents are aware of this, and wisely avoiding raising another child.

Mate: Sparkleface only has room in his heart to love one thing, and that is his caves full of gold.
Offspring: Sparkleface plans on having offspring once he is a king, but does not find it a pressing matter at the moment.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Sparkleface's scales are largely blue, with golden scales peppering his entire body. Sparkleface believes that the golden scales are caused by his connection to the SparkleForce.
Eyes: Sparkleface's eyes are a mix of orange and red. He wishes they also glowed, but everything in life comes at a price.
Accessories: Sparkleface wears a luxurious golden necklace and a pair of anklets with inset gemstones. He also has a tasteful assortment of bands and other jewellery for his horns.
Armor: Sparkleface doesn't enjoy spending his hard earned gold, even on armour, but has a set of lightly enchanted golden armour somewhere in his stash, should he be able to locate it. Sparkleface received it from his father, who either said that the enchantment allows the armour to fit any dragon who wears it, or it makes the dragon fit the armour. Sparkleface is understandably afraid to test this out.
Horns/Spikes: Sparkleface has four spikes on either side of his snout, as well as a most impressive set of ram horns, all of which are golden.

Abilities:
Long hours of exposure to gold have allowed Sparkleface to easily detect the presence of gold within 150 meters.
Decades spent underground have enhanced Sparkleface's vision in low light, to the point where he can clearly see for within 100 meters with relative ease, beyond which details become difficult to discern.
Strengths:
Sparkleface is a brilliant tactician when it comes to underground warfare, and with his incredibly detailed underground map of his home and the cave systems nearby, he can easily fend off any enemy daring to attack.
Years of digging have strengthened his wings, allowing him to both fly at great speed above ground, at 180km/h, for a period of 30 minutes, after which he gradually slows down to a base speed of 140km/h  and carry heavy objects, such as boulders or the SparkleCannon with relative ease, albeit at a pace of 120km/h or lower, depending on the weight of the object.
Weaknesses:
Sparkleface has little experience in direct, paw to paw, wing to wing combat, and is easily defeated by more experienced dragons.
His sensitivity to bright light, caused by years spent underground in the dark, can be triggered by flames, and direct sunlight can blind him for hours.
He is easily distracted by the mention of gold, and should his gold be touched, Sparkleface is highly likely to lose control and make mistakes attacking his enemies.
Should he encounter a spider, depending on the context, especially the location of the spider, he can easily be driven into a state of extreme panic and injure himself.
His biggest weakness is his tail's sensitivity to heat and pressure, which increase closer to the tip, requiring him to practice extreme caution with his tail, lest his tail be burned or stunned. He suspects that his tail's sensitivity shouldn't really be present, and is a result of the gods attempting to make him a manageable foe for other dragons.
Fighting Style:
Sparkleface tends to avoid direct combat, both above ground and under it.
Above ground, Sparkleface will use his magic to briefly blind his enemies, and then fly away as quickly as possible.
Below ground, Sparkleface keeps his enemies in the dark, uses cave-ins triggered by his power to trap enemies, and uses his knowledge of the underground to lose his enemies in the cave system, far away from his lair.
Should it come to direct combat, Sparkleface uses his powers to stun and deafen his enemies, and does his best to fight them off.
Magic:
Sparkleface has access to a number of magical abilities from the SparkleForce which can be cast using the SparkleTongue, the language required to directly access the power of the SparkleForce. The nature of the SparkleForce itself is not clear to Sparkleface, but his studies indicate that the SparkleForce is a self replenishing reservoir of magical power that can be accessed by individuals that the SparkleForce deems worthy. Sparkleface is not fully aware of what it means to be worthy, but his few memories from his early childhood, of hushed conversations between his parents, seem to describe worthiness as trials through combat in the name of the SparkleForce, or through offerings made directly to the SparkleForce. He suspects that he gained his abilities by sacrificing his latent magical abilities, but has no memory of actually having done so.

SparkleBlast: Sparkleface can generate small explosions up to 25 m away, roughly equivalent to a tenth of a stick of dynamite, but several times louder.

SparkleStream: The SparkleStream can blind enemies with a stream of bright sparkles that can be summoned up to 50m away, and travel for a further 15 m, for twenty to thirty seconds.

SparkleMirage: Through use of the SparkleMirage, Sparkleface can generate basic optical illusions and shapes, but these illusions are easily detected by any observant onlooker. These spells take a few minutes to recharge after being used.

Sparkle Of Revitalization: The most powerful spell that Sparkleface has access to from the SparkleForce allows him to regenerate his possessions to their original state, which requires sufficient materials to replace lost material and time to do so. Depending on the complexity and size of the damaged object, it can take him anywhere from five minutes, for simple bracelets and rings, to several days for a suit of armour. His regeneration ability requires 3 days to cool down for every full day it is used, whereas smaller applications of the power do not take long to cool down.

Ooo, nicely written app! ^^ and when I say nice I'm being sincere. But there're a few things you need to either clarify or change (of course there is):

Language -
"SparkleTongue, which allows him to cast spells" -> remember to mention this in his Magic section.

Abilities -

Decades spent underground have enhanced Sparkleface's vision in low light, to the point where he can clearly see for hundreds of meters with relative ease" -> Do specify exactly how far he can sense gold or see in the dark; 'hundreds of metres' is quite vague. Also a bit too far.

"However, exposure to normal sunlight can be enough to blind him for hours at a time." -> This should go into the weaknesses section lolol

Strengths -
"fly at great speed above ground" - how fast? 120mph is the maximum, and also specify how long he can remakn at his maximum speed.

Magic -
-> How far can his sparkles go? And, uh, what do you mean by regenerating his possessions to their original state?? What's needed for this to happen?

You need to explain what the Sparkleforce and whatnot is. Also, it would be helpful if you organized your magic/strengths/weaknesses in blocks, like starting each new item on a new line.

After explaining what sparkleforce/tongue is, bump and I'll recheck it as all seems ok.
