Personality: Orsa is extremely trusting, and will often do her very best to please other people, even strangers. She is especially excitable and is prone to outbursts of happiness, though doesn't recognize when she needs to shut them off because of her social difficulties. She is oblivious to any sort of sarcasm, pettiness and barrage of hidden insults. When she DOES realize she is being verbally attacked, however, Orsa is very sensitive and will almost immediately begin to cry. She typically believes that all dragons can do no wrong, but once you've made her cry she will have a hard time regaining her trust in you. She will often ignore those she is mad at, or go on to repeat what she understood of their insults back to them. Orsa can be seen as childish. Despite that, she is very loving and adventurous. Orsa typically talks a mile a minute to anyone who will listen, and will freely enjoy the company of others. She has a very outgoing demeanor.
Hobbies: Orsa spends her time exploring, brushing up on Universal and napping. She enjoys seeing the world, especially the nice beaches reached by the Regima ocean of all of the continents. When she isn't travelling, she likes to spend time with her friends or hunt smaller prey to bring back to the Lakara.
Likes: Adventures, conversations, learning, the dark, the sun, other dragons, cuddling her Orb
Dislikes: People who have been rude to her, getting into fights, Ki'Shans (she has never personally met one, she just feels negatively about them from what she's heard)
Fears: Rejection, being alone, spicy foods and dragons who have no legs

Origin, Culture, and Family

Place of Origin: A reef at the edge of the Regima ocean.
Tribe: Lakara. She's really more of a rogue, but returns there because she likes getting food and knowing where she is and feeling important.
Position: Sailfish
Language: She often speaks in Aquatic and Universal. Orsa also has a language that is unnamed, used simply to speak to the Orb. The origin of this language is unknown, and the Orb cannot speak back. She speaks in this language to give it orders. She typically speaks in an audible, clear voice and the language contains a lot of vowels. It is not written.
Home: Inside a hollowed out rock, fashioned into a rough house, near the Lakara's castle. Orsa enjoys travelling and is never home, so her home is typically covered in overgrown plant life until she comes to remove it. This plant life includes algae and seaweed.

Abilities and Strengths

Abilities: The only natural ability Orsa possesses is an ability to "shriek" at such a high frequency, it is nearly capable of damaging some dragons' eardrums. This ability only works below water and can only work within a range of 5 feet.
Strengths: Orsa can breathe both above water and below it.
Weaknesses: She has difficulty understanding both sarcasm and irony, as well as taking most idioms literally. She doesn't particularly understand them and never uses them, which can lead to some heavy issues socially. Orsa also cannot understand most social cues. Orsa's Orb is sensitive to attacks and she will guard it with her life. Since it is the source of her magic, as well as being physical, swipes can reduce the ball's size, thereby her energy. Eventually, if it is damaged or shrunken enough, it will vanish completely, killing Orsa instantly. Shrinking of the Orb will slowly cause her more and more pain, often starting with "phantom" pains that come in flashes to a constant, awful ache. It may eventually shake her so much that Orsa is incapable of moving, going so far as bringing her to tears and vomiting.
Fighting Style: Orsa doesn't fight. She usually tries to run once she (slowly realizes lmao) is in danger.
Magic: Orsa is followed at all times by an orange, lightly-pulsing sphere surrounded by two hot pink rings. It consistently stays near her chest or paws, and never touches the ground or stops glowing. While it is capable of taking damage, it can regenerate itself over time. Orsa must take care of herself properly, eating, drinking, etc. If it is worn down to the smallest it can be without killing her, it takes about two weeks for it to regenerate completely. The Orb sometimes makes an eerie humming noise, though it typically happens when Orsa is feeling one emotion in a strong manner. It is a physical representation of the magic she is capable of, and often grows and decreases in size with the magic. If the Orb is overused, it will shrink. As too small of a size can hurt the dragoness and eventually become fatal, Orsa must be particularly careful of how much magic she is using. She can teleport within a range of 200 ft in all directions. When she teleports, her Orb glows rapidly and she vanishes with it. Once arriving at her destination, she feels very weak and is incapable of fighting or speaking. Her Orb is about half of its average size with a teleportation, and if she were to teleport directly after that one, she would die. Orsa's Orb is also capable of producing a shield of materials nearby, such as rocks, tree bark, pelts, etc. This shield is 9 square feet and can only last for a duration of one post.
