Playful, she hates violence and will cower from any aggressive dragon. Her priority in her life is to make friends and bring peace, happiness, and joy to others.
Hobbies: Collects seashells to give to friends, plays in the waves or sand, pick pretty flowers

Horns/Spikes: She has delicate, long curved horns upon her head, and little tiny spikes running down along her spine. She has tiny claws to grip onto coral when the current is tough

Abilities: She has the ability to communicate with all living creatures except insects. She would have to be in speaking distance, just like talking to other dragons. Her aura pulses safe, so animals don't really run away from her.
Strengths: She is small enough to escape into tiny holes or crevices. She can talk down hostile creatures toward other smaller animals or dragons
Weaknesses: With being small, she is easily killable. Without water for a good three days she could die. The intense heat, even on a rather hot day (depends on what your opinion of "hot" is) she could dry up within hours
Fighting Style: If anything at all she would push them away and flee
Magic: Yes, little magic. She can hold a water bubble over her head above the surface. She can hold it for a day, (usually a whole RP if she's away from water for that long) The water bubble is where she can drink from, keeping her hydrated. It is 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall.

This ability is very vague, it lacks detail ;3; Please elaborate! Must she be in contact with the animal? Can she control them? Can she communicate with them over a distance? If so, how far? etc etc.

Strengths:

How is happy and being adventurous strengths? They seem more like personality traits to me.

Weaknesses:

Being scared away by big dragons - how is this a weakness? Isn't this a fear...?

Also, if she has the bubble to drink from, doesn't it make the "dying from going without water for three days" weakness void? Plus, I'm pretty sure this is a weakness that all dragons share, so change this. :3

Is there a way to pop her bubble?

Well, if she's captured or taken or stranded she can't get her little bubble.

And about an RP would she carry the bubble around, once in a while stock it up or let it down. For her it's really easy to get water and put it in a little bubble with her magic. The "Whole RP" part is just saying if she's usually on land she'll have a bubble for the whole RP, with taking it down, switching it out, or giving it to someone else.

To pop her bubble is fairly easy, she can lift it high or low, but because she's so short big big dragons can easily pop it. It just splashes on her. x'D Getting her wet. Nothing major happens. UNLESS SHE'S IN A DESERT AND DYING Dx

Arty. This is my ONLY dragon that isn't a complete killing, machine that walks on wings or four legs. x'D I'm surprised at myself for not making a gigantic sea monster... Or fire monster. Or gas death monster. x'D

How does being captured/stranded/taken play a part in not being able to make a bubble? Does this mean she can't produce a bubble under stress...? What's the circumference of the bubble...?

No she can under stress, just if she's not around water she can't.

So she can make bubbles anytime she want, but she must be close to a water source so she can fill up her bubble?
