Personality: Equinox,being a Night dragon, would be mysterious in her nature, giving vague answers when asked questions and all that. But what sets her apart from the rest of the Night dragons is that she doesn't keep to herself. Equinox would go out and hang out and have fun with others whenever she cans(can?) and wants. Equinox is also relatively nice and kind, to the perspective of others, that is, until you dare harm either of her friends or family. She will hunt you down and kill you. She is protective, as you can see, and people would describe her as possessive too. Equinox is also has low self esteem, so she believes she is horrible and terrible at doing things and fighting,and will not participate in battles, or even competitions, claiming that she will cause the team to lose. She is also insecure, thinking that others are waaaaay better than her and she should not get in others way. But, overall, her friends would call her the quiet, smart type(she would deny, of course), and a caring friend. If you were in need of help, she would be the first one to rush to you. As I said before, when someone harms her family and friends, she would hunt you down and kill you. That side of her would not be her usual calm, quiet demeanor, but rather an angry character, who would not hesitate to defend and protect. Like an Alpha, you could say.
Hobbies: Go to a secluded place and observe the scenery.
Likes: Sleeping, a serene lake, hanging out with her best friends and reading a book.
Dislikes: She dislikes insects(eg. Roaches and stuff), cowardice, too much noise and someone who befriends people with a motive and comparison.
Fears: She fears her family and friends would abandon her, her best friends leaving her for somebody else and her family and friends hurt or injured in any kind of way.




Place of Origin: She was born in an area in Layrian- an area where there is a large tree on a reasonably big patch of  grassy land surrounded by crystal clear water. They call this place Saber Lily.

Parents: Two Xoyans, her mother was originally Rogue.
Siblings: A brother, Eclipse Isarus.
Relatives: Her mother's family( two brothers and a sister,plus parents), who became Xoyan after visiting the Xoyans with her mother. Her father's family(parents and a brother), who are Xoyan.

Offspring: None at all!
History: She was born ten years after Eclipse, who was born under a rare eclipse, and she under a rare equinox. The family of four lived happily under the large,safe tree for years past and years to come. Under both their parents' care, they both had training and friendly matches;love and a family. Though Equinox developed her low self esteem, as she was her brother's shadow.So whenever they visited their maternal and paternal's side, the grandparents would always acknowledge her brother first,before noticing her and comparing her with her brother in all sorts of ways. Her parents didn't notice it-only her brother. He tried to assure her time and time again, that she was still powerful and other stuff. But it was no use. When she herself told herself that it was fine, they were quite traditional anyways, it was too late, their comments had gotten to her and created her low self esteem. Her parents were no better, they noted she was nearly(just a small part) close to Eclipse's level, but didn't tell her, fearing she would get big headed. Ah...they were a tad dense. But other than those sad parts, they lived very happily in their serene area, hunting and preventing intruders who mean harm.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Black with white specks.

Horns/Spikes: On each side of her head, there is two horns, like a bull's , but curved like an 's' and pointing backwards. Her spikes, which are in the middle of small and big, leads from her upper back to the end of her tail. The end spikes will be arrange like the spikes from a mace.
Overall Appearance:  Equinox is completely black,from head to tail, with white speckles all over like the stars. Her tail is whip-like, thin and long. The membranes between her wings is also black, lined with moonstone colour. The spikes and horns both point backwards. Her face , please refer to my profile, is in a feminine shape, with her eyes an almond shape.




Abilities: She can breathe a gas that causes sleep and unconsciousness, it can reach within a length of ten meters and will wear off after three posts. She can also cause nightmares, only if she is a centimeters length between the victim. Equinox can also 'melt' in the shadows,like blend in,unseen.
Strengths: Her grip hold is at least 20 kg and her attacks are quite powerful, able to send medium sized dragons flying for at least 5 meters,and if she put effort into it,7.Her tail can whip the opponents, quite hard.
Weaknesses: Equinox's scales on her breast is weak, and easily penetrable. Her nightmare causing can only be done if the victim has not quite a strong mind. Or else it would backfire and she will get the nightmares instead. The shadow melting can only be done in her element-nighttime. If she uses too much of her gas, she will become breathless and unable to fight. Previously, her hand got broken and had not healed quite right. So it will be a great disadvantage to her if it got hit, as she fights mostly with her hands. The scales on her hinds are also easily penetrable, and if attacked, she will not be able to move. Is she is hit at the start of her tail, she will be paralysed down.
