Personality: Katysha has what you could call a fiery personality. She is a huge extrovert, and is generally the kind of person to make the first move in conversation. She, however, is also very.... well, not ambitious, but she can be very headstrong when it comes to getting what she wants. She is often very outspoken and has a very closed mindset about certain ideals that she prefers, and often will say things without caring whether or not she has offended someone. She doesn't however, have a certain amount of respect for political figures, such as kings and queens of tribes, but she doesn't really like politics all that much.

Her opinions of people are generally made very quickly, based on how they introduce themselves and such. As a result, changing her mind after she's made it up is an incredibly difficult task. Though she can be persuaded, you generally have to know her personality and what she likes before you can do something like that, otherwise she'll just see it as bribery rather than honest friendship.

While she isn't a very strict dragoness, and doesn't much care for her political leaders, she takes her job as a cop very seriously, but only when she actually has to work. She spends most of her time complaining about how little crime there is for her to clean up, anyway. She also doesn't much care for magic, as she finds it too potentially dangerous, which is why she doesn't like how often the Kaamil dabble in it.

Overall Appearance: She has a long, winding snake body, with glimmering, small scales, packed tightly together. Her paws have some fuzz on them to protect her feet from the cold snow. She also has a small layer of cold resistant fuzz layered over her scales, so she feels soft to the touch even though she looks like she only has scales.




Abilities:

Frost breath: Katyusha is able to shoot a powerful blast of icy wind at her enemies. The attack can cause cuts and bruises, and even a bit of frostbite if you happen to be closer than three feet away from her. The blast reaches up to 30 feet far. Doesn't effect dragons that have natural heat coming off of them, or are resistant to extreme cold.
Ice Spikes: This ability allows Katyusha to summon up to six, large ice spikes at least up to 40 feet away from her. The spikes will burst forth from the ground. They can only impale if the dragon is directly underneath the spike when it emerges, and if they are scaleless. Under normal circumstances, the attack serves to block the opponent, or to cause scratches and cuts. Dragons will hear cracking noises before the spikes erupt from the ground, so that serves as a kind of warning. Once she has summoned all size ice spikes, which she can summon instantaneously, it takes her about five posts to summon them again.
Fog: When Katyusha opens her mouth, a large flow of fog will come forth, obscuring vision for up to 50 feet. The fog is thick, and you can only see about up to five feet ahead of you. The fog is low, though, so a dragon can fly up to ten feet in the air to avoid being blinded by it. Dragons that are 70 feet high or larger are not effected by the fog, but Katyusha can still use it to hide herself. The fog lasts for about five posts, and she can use it every five posts.

Strengths: She is very determined and headstrong, as well as fast and aggressive. She isn't one to show mercy. Resistant to cold temperatures.
Weaknesses: Short tempered, easily wounded by fire, not very strategic, easily tricked, small and lots of unprotected area, and her abilities don't do well in climates that aren't cold, as her ice spikes will melt a lot faster, and her fog will dissipate quicker.
Fighting Style: She will generally try head on first, attacking with claws and fangs, as well as her ice breath. If the enemy tries to escape, she will use her ice spikes to block them. She will also use her fog if she wants to gain the upper hand, though it is usually a last resort.
