Personality: Siren, having never known or processed any social interaction throughout the many years they have lived in the swamps of Layrian; Has caused them to become quiet docile, frailing away from any dragon fairly larger than them or showing noticeably high amount of aggression. Of course this can change any time soon if they were to meet any dragons from this point on. Their personality is, well, silent enough and peaceful. The only thing they don’t find ‘odd’ about life is the common or barely uncommon critters and creaturs that thrive in the swamp and marshes with them. Any interaction that Siren tries to make with them usually falls into the category of curiosity, always messing with the critters to see what they do, if they are friend or foe, or if they are a good source of food.
Hobbies: Swimming up streams out trouts and salmon swim, fishing with their quills, or traveling out of the swampy areas out into the ocean for a special snack.
Likes: Their likes range from the food that they eat, even after eating almost the same thing for a straight 260 years. Along so, they find a good interest in socializing with the alligators that accommodate the swamps with them, usually rough housing with them to where they think its a simple tug of war type of game. Last for what they enjoy, would be the occasional sun bathing near the swamps surface, barely being distinguishable from a simple mossy drift wood or large fallen tree in the waters.
Dislikes: Siren dislikes the fact of any of their food trying to get away, or flee from being eaten. They also dislike being out of the water for more than a day, even though they can survive more than five days before consequences began to show to their strength. Last, they sear at a controlling dragon threatening them, but most of this hate is masked by fear.
Fears: Siren is terribly afraid of creature of their own species, only remembering being almost eaten straight out from their egg by their sisters and brothers. Along so, Siren dares not to travel into any hot climates, such as deserts or wastelands, knowing how their death would be much more imminent and likely out there than in their home turf.

Siblings: They had many siblings, but had no time to get to know them since they were trying to eat eachother and siren right after hatching

History: Not knowing much of the world since the day they had appeared in it... Siren had just been a simple embryo floating in a swamp with many other little eggs. It was odd, having not known their own family and almost being eaten by their own siblings as soon as they made it out of the fleshy, elastic shell they had grown in for a year of their life. Natural insticts were all the other hatchlings hard around them, to kill, eat, and grow. Thus, reducing some hatchling numbers and decimating the local food and prey, destorying most chancing of survival. All they knew from their dragon instincts was to find a new home to make shelter in, to find a swamp. And to which they did after many months. Isolated from the rest of the dragons of the world and keeping to themselves in a swamp that had many species of fish come and go for sirens meals, they never learned how to fully speak. There was no need to when you are all alone, now only capable to making slight murmurs and pitching buzzing and static noises, and some draconic/common words. They took to this to be their forever home, not knowing of what else to do besides make shelter in the waters muddy floor and up in the willowing trees emerging from the waters surface. It was peaceful, but lonely. An emotion that they had just discovered after 200 years.

Abilities: Siren is able to manipulate vibrations throughout the air and around their body using the cone like shape of their head, easily able to disorientate other animals and dragons if needed by changing the noise and vibrations that the animals have inputting to their eardrums. ((Please search up how sounds and our eardrums coexistence with out brain and bodys sense of balance if you want more details.))These vibrations are able to travel half a mile away if focused on a certain area, but thats only if they are focused. If they are just sending vibrations out around their body, it can travel up to 300 feet away, but these abilities are limited as she will become fairly exhausted after excessive use of her magic, as so the startup for these vibrations take up a normal three seconds before discharging, but can take longer depending on how far she wants these vibrations to travel. Along so, their body is able to quickly generate quills from withen the scales and pores on their skin, almost like a pufferfish. These quills have many inward and outward facing microscopic barbs lining them, able to eject poisonous toxins upon being discharged from their body or something coming in contact with them. These toxins are able to quickly slow down the nerves of where they enter, causing paralysis to the muscles they come in contact with, or where they enter the blood stream from. These quills are able to travel relatively fast through the air, faster than normal dart per say. The effects of the toxins last up to five minutes if its only a couple quills that entered the foes body, but if its more than a dozen on certain areas, it can last up to thirty minutes to an hour before the effects wear off.
Strengths: Siren is able to move around at great speeds due to their lack of wings. Along so have an incredible increased speed underwater to which they use to pull prey or fights underneath.
Weaknesses: Their frills that line their back can easily be pushed down if they are not aware of anyone doing so, making it much easier to hold down the quills. They cannot last more than six days outaide bodies of water, needing and extra ten minues of soaking in water for each day they do not get any. Last, their mental state is fairly low considering the rest of the dragons, making actions much less logical and easily able to be tricked.
Fighting Style: They try and keep their fighting low to the ground if ever be need to fight, using their vibration like manipulation to disorientate their foes closer towards the water. If they get low enough, siren will attempt to pull the foe straight down into any body of water, and drown them in the process by coiling around their muscles and discharging their quills.
Magic: Siren is not capable of much magic, besides the capability of using their magic to fly, and the use of changing the vibrations throughout the air. They have yet to learn any other sorts of magic.

While everything looks good, I hate to say that I'm not sure a dragon with a tornado siren for a head would be allowed. Only issue I can find though.
