Personality: Rucai was never the social type, more of a introvert than anything, and very Sarcastic. He only has a few friends, his brother Krokan being one of the few friends he has, since he tends to not make very many new acquaintances. Due to his defect, he struggles to communicate very well, only those who have full understanding of Vuari language and written language would be able to understand him. Rucai is very mellow, and is harshly against fighting, causing him to have no training in fighting style or any training with weapons. Rucai enjoys reading and flying much more. He is known for his knowledge on herbs and languages, even though he can't speak them he learns how to symbol them however. His calm nature and knowledge of herbs and healing remedies helped him become an Emara, his training went without much difficulty, as he was very obedient .
Hobbies:Flying, gathering herbs, hanging out with others, experimenting with plants.
Likes:Healing, rain, animals.
Dislikes:Fighting, snakes(There creepy),wyrms(They look like snakes).
Fears:Fire, wyverns, Earthquakes, Large bodies of water.

History:Rucai was born mute. His parents, no matter how much they tried couldn't get him to speak, or even make sounds. Finally , in one last desperate attempt, they took him to the sage of the tribe to possibly help with his condition. Te sage, however could not heal him, but instead was certain that Rucai was destined to be a Emara, maybe even a sage. As Rucai grew up, he learned to use his magic to communicate(Ish) by using symbols created by wisps of his powerful magic, and as the sage had predicted, Rucai took great interest in plants and would experiment on them with magic, and collecting them. Even as a child, he was efficient in light magic, which was good for healing and repairing, which made him perfect to become a Emara. When he begun his training he was extremely obedient and always followed directions, although he often got in trouble for not coming to train and going on long flights in storms. When he was old enough, he began an Emara and used his magic to heal the injured. A few days after his training started, he was exploring a few old libraries in his family's home and discovered many old tomes, many of the pages of the books had been ruined but he learned many old magic spells in them.

Abilities and Strengths

Magic Symboling
Rucai uses symbols to communicate with others*Like Sign language*, the symbols mostly consist of a written language of the language he is speaking. He can make images with this symboling as well, which he uses for remembering specific types of herbs or remedies.

White Fire
Rucai has the ability to breathe fire, or at least breath something fire-like. Since his feathers are highly flammable, breathing fire would ignite his own feathers, luckily, Rucai's fire is more of a freezing flame, which can be -10 degrees C and can freeze water and small fish. It may temporarily blind a dragon or creature if shot at their
eyes. Breathing his "White fire" dehydrates him quickly, so he tends to use it for medical things.

Strengths:

Stream-line Body
Rucai's feathers aid him in silent, steady, and fast flight, letting him reach up to 110mph when diving, and 95-100mph when flying. His feathers also help him dive silently, aiding in hunting and sneak attacks.*If he had to attack another*

Strong Mind
Rucai has a very good resistance to disorientating, and mind control magics. This is because of his family's line of powerful magic, all are in fact resistant to Mind control magic.

Cold Resistance
Rucai's feathers allow him to survive in very cold temperatures for long periods of time.

Weaknesses:

Pacifist
Rucai is strongly against fighting, being a pacifist he tends to avoid fighting and if he has to, he would rather only do defensive attacks, which don't harm the attacker, making him vulnerable to being killed or severely injured in combat.

Cannot Swim
Rucai never properly learned how to swim, causing him to fear large bodies of water, rivers, and oceans.

Magic Weakness
Rucai's magic gives him a weakness to dark magic users. Whenever he is around dark magic, his magic is heavily weakened, making casting powerful spells quite a challenge. He also feels weaker around dark magic.

Flammable Feathers
Rucai's feathers are resistent to cold magic, but not to fire or fire magic. His feathers are highly flammable. If they touch the slightest flame they will catch fire almost instantly. Rucai is afraid of fire.

Strength
Rucai isn't very strong, he is much more agile and nimble than strong.

Weak Eyes
Rucai can't see as well in daylight, as he is a nocturnal creature. He can see much better at night time then day time. Which can be used as an advantage by an opponent, for he can't even face the sun without being blinded temporarily.

Fighting Style: Non-leathal defensive attacker.
Magic:Rucai is capable of Light magic, and conjuration magic.

Conjure Familar
Rucai can Conjure a familiar to aid him in fighting, hunting, or any other task that it is needed to be done. When casting the spell, Rucai can make the familiar take the form of a medium sized animal. Such as a wolf, small dragon, fox, ect. The familiar is see-through and is a light white color, the familiar fades after ten to fifteen minutes ( 2-3 posts in post wise time) or if it has taken enough damage. The dragon form of the familiar can fly and attack creatures, and can breath fire similar to Rucai's, however it is not as cold. The form that the familiar takes can look like whatever Rucai wants it to be, wyvern, drake, wyrm... Whatever he wants it to look like. Rucai's familiars have the ability to use some of the same magical abilities that Rucai can, it can heal, and counter spells, all of the spells it uses are weaker and don't do damage.

Light Rune
Rucai can place a rune on a flat surface that will stun an opponent when passed through, normaly this spell stuns an opponent for 20 seconds to 30 seconds (Half a post). Although when he has two runes set in a line on two walls crossed from each other, the stun time is doubled, and the stun lasts for 40 seconds to one minute. (Three Quarters of a post).* Opponents can be immune to the stun if they aren't affected by stunning attacks*

Light Heal
This spell can heal small wounds. Large wounds would only be half healed. He can use this spell a total of three times a day. The spell can be dispelled by another, and when this spell is canceled it can damage the wounds further.

Spell Counter
If Rucai sees an opponent casting a spell, he can attempt to dispell it before it is casted, if he fails he may be able to half whatever damage it may cause. If the spell is to powerful he won't be able to block the spell. He can only do this spell twice a day.

Light Bolts
Rucai can make three bolts of light energy to attack an enemy, this is the only harming spell he has, which he only uses if he needs to. The white colored Bolts will fly towards an enemy and can be dodged or blocked, but the bolts will break through anything weaker than metal. When hitting a creature or anything stronger than metal the bolts explode, and shoot damaging shards of ice into every direction. If this spell gets dispelled, a painful high pitched sound wave will boom out in any direction.

What abilities does it have? Can it breathe fire? What does it look like?

Please add two or three more weakness. Yes, you meet the requirement of having one more weakness than strengths, but I'm asking you to do this as you have a whole ton of magic abilities. Also, try to make your dragon's weakness less...elemental-ish. Like his flammable feathers, which is a weakness only when he's faced with a fire dragon.
