Personality: Solstice is, in essence, a stuck-up old lady. She isn't very soft towards anyone, except for hatchlings, of course. She tends to be very rude, particularly to subordinates and teenagers. She tries her best to seem like she's in a place of authority, and enjoys boot-kissers. She doesn't interact particularly well with others. She becomes more outgoing to those who she's known for a long time or others who appear powerful. She's a sort of a false leader, being more of a follower. She becomes very agitated easily.
Hobbies: Slowly studying Universal, researching medicine, reading
Likes: Healing, caring for hatchlings, watching over her tribe
Dislikes: Again fire, teenaged dragons, mud, being away from her tribe

Abilities and Strengths

Abilities: N/A
Strengths: Solstice is resistant to cold and can't get hypothermia, or you know, anything related. She is knowledgeable in herbs and medicine.
Weaknesses: Fire attacks especially, anything sharp (she's old and it's weakening her scales), she tends to be very close-minded and doesn't plan things out. Her body is very weak due to her age, and she struggles to walk, fly or stand for prolonged period. Using any of her abilities makes her exhausted. Her vision is poor, and she cannot see further than 5 ft infront of her face. She can't fly anymore.
Fighting Style: Solstice, in her old age, really prefers not to fight.
Magic: Solstice has an aura, a teal orb that surrounds her and in this area, it is constantly lightly snowing. The aura never leaves and has no effect on her, and it serves no purpose. She also has an ice breath, which can be used to heal minor injuries, such as cuts, sprains, and ache. She can use it once every 7 posts. She can alter this ability at will to heal major injuries, such as broken limbs, deep deep cuts, etc., though only one wound at a time. If an individual has both a broken limb AND they've been stabbed, Solstice can only heal one. It can only be used once a topic and Solstice must rest for at least 3 posts afterwards. The "light version" can be used once every 7 posts but can only be altered into the "heavy version" once per topic. both types of healing breath can be used within a range of 6 ft.

Wait, so she can use her ice breath once every 7 posys, but can alter it only once a topic? Just checking.

State the range and as for healing major wounds, it should take up at least some of her energy. Can she heal only one deep wound at once, or everything at one go?
