Personality: (Nurghoul likes his isolation. He never ventures from his swampy home. But in recent years he's been getting a urge to wander. Can be prideful and very arrogant towards smaller "squishier" dragons. Overly protective over his possessions. Extremely greedy towards gemstones, don't see very much of them in the marshes and swamps, and be easily bribed with a mere handful of gems.  )
Hobbies: (Enjoys hunting at night, stalking his prey and the thrill of the kill. Sleeping during the day. Talking to the skull of his deceased Father. Though sometimes this can lead to heated arguments. )
Likes: (Full moon lit nights, easy meals and giant piles of mud. )
Dislikes: (Bright lights, dry environments and smartalecs. )
Fears: (Fears losing his father's skull. It's the last thing he has to remember him by, plus it has kept him company these last few decades. He is also afraid of the oceans and large bodies of water because he can't swim. Terrified of drowning.

History:(Nurghoul's egg was either abandoned in the marshes or stolen from his real parents by his 'father' Dakka because of some ancient feud. The truth may never be revealed to him. His early years were pleasent; learning to hunt, playing with the local wildlife, being taught some magic by his elderly father. When Dakka passed, Nurghoul went into a deep and maddening depression. He tore his father's head from his body and placed it on top of a pedestal of mud and wood. For days he would stare at it. Not leaving their cave even to eat. Till one day his father 'spoke' to him. From then on Nurghoul was not entirely alone.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: (Sickly green scales, with a bone colored underbelly. Horns and spines are a dark orange that fade to black near the base. )

Horns/Spikes: (Has one large horn on the end of his snout that points forwards. Single row of large spikes that run  down from the back of head to the tip of his tail. Eyebrows and cheeks have a row of smaller spines. )
Overall Appearance: (A very heavyset dragon. Thick neck, limbs and tail. Walks on his front knuckles like an ape. Can walk on his hind legs for a short while. His wing membranes share the same dark orange color as his horns.)




Abilities: (Fireball: Launches a boulder size ball of fire about 50 feet. It's not very accurate at long range and can be easily dodged by aerial or swift targets. Can only use three times in a day. Then needs a day or two to recover.
Rock/Earth Hurl: Digs his claws into the ground to rip out a double-decker bus size chunk of earth and throws it at his enemy.)
Strengths: (Physically, very strong. His hits are capable cracking scales. If they hit. Can see very well at night or in dark caves.)
Weaknesses: (Thick skulled, very susceptible to illusions and other such magics. Puts too much energy into his attacks, leaving him open to counters. Slow flyer max speed is around 12mph. Eyes are very sensitive to light.  )
Fighting Style: (Prefers to land based hand to hand, or claw to claw, combat. )
Magic: (Can use very basic telekinetic magic to form mud into various shapes and sculptures. Not very useful in combat, at all. )
