Personality: Uriel may come off as extremely attractive despite her years (or because of it), she dislikes strife and combat in general, and thus avoids usually people with negative thoughts, she can tell just by being in the presence of one, if they want her harm that might mean they could want to misuse her powers as well. She is a kind soul and is generally drawn to people with positive feelings. This means that while she generally prefers being alone (or with Ciri), she finds the thought of company quite intriguing. She is mostly a Herbivore meaning she only eats plants, fruits and the like, she has made an exception with fish and other smaller marine animals. She can appear quite shy at times despite her size, she sometimes approaches humans/dragons, often times people that have gotten lost in the wild, then guides them back to civilization. As a result some human/dragon cultures depict her as an Demi-god of Purity, Compassion and Self sacrifice that only appear to those pure of heart.

She has a soft "voice" though she cannot speak she can express her words trough telepathy. This kind of speech overrides the need to speak trough the mouth, she can also understand the universal language trough years of study. Uriel can easily tell when someone is lying, and expresses dislike to such actions whatever their reason maybe. She can also perfectly understand humans which is a rare trait in itself for dragons.

She has an habit of flying extremely high up in the higher atmosphere Over 50 Miles above sea level, in the mesosphere.

She has a companion named Ciri, she follows her in her travels but she is not a Dragon mind you, she is a red panda (golden panda), she eats bamboo mostly but also insects and other such things. Uriel knows her herbalism very well and can make a tonic to cure poisonings, rashes, and most common diseases on the fly. She has a store of herbs, that she uses to cure illnesses. Once a year on Talar Valerce, she visits the village of Kaamil, though she has never approached the village she has observed the ritual every year for many years.

Long ago there existed a kingdom of great knowledge, its graze knew no bounds, its people where humble and forgiving, and though their timeline their world blossomed in an golden age of learning. However as with light there are always darkness in people´s heart`s, there where those who where jealous of their riches and glory, and trough their sins the whole kingdom collapsed over night...

This is a tale dear reader, that has passed for generations down. My people... where absorbed into the darkness or slain, i alone hold that light, and i will keep holding it, running from my past is after all what i do best.

Horns/Spikes: Crystals on the back of her legs, they break off easily and regrow. She has a "Gem" that outcrops on her forehead, but this isn´t it, its actually the remains of her horn.

Abilities:

- Meteor - During flight she can coat her feathers with a form of lubricant, this is another form of her light magic, this allows her flight speeds normally unheard of, however, Uriel usually uses this for escape from dangerous situations rather than wielding it in combat. With this she can for a moment double her speed. Her maximum normal speed is 70mph. (for about 2 minutes, that constitutes her maximum speed of 140 mph) 5 times per topic

- Heavens Light - Shoots off a laser beam from the gem on her forehead. Unlimited or until magic runs out. Heated up to 600 celsius. Range 500 meters. With a 5 second charge time.

- Shooting Stars - She brings down seven "stars" from the sky with massive force. These are actually just made out of pure magic.  (5times a topic)

- Meteor Smash - She summons a meteor high above the atmosphere, which she then brings down upon her foes. One shot attack only, per topic. Can destroy a space of 100 meters, they fall from the sky at terminal velocity.

- Wish upon a star - She can perform once a day the thing is, the wish has to be some sort of solid material,  first it has to "exist" in this world, she cannot conjure it up from nothing, second you have to know where it exists, and third it cannot be too big either roughly about her size and weight, finally while it can be a person, a persons name has to be specified and located. She always studies the people she makes contracts with, deciding weather or not they are worthy of her wish. She also cannot perform a wish for herself. She can off course refuse a blessed wish to be granted to anyone. Also one person can only have one wish. Another wish cannot be granted no matter what.

- Regrowth - With a significant portion of her magic she can regrow body parts, save for her brain and internal organs, however, it will likely take anything between weeks or months depending on the seriousness of the wound(s). During this time her magic capabilities will be very limited.

- Telepathy - She can speak into the mind of others at will but she is unable to read their minds. She only has the basic grasp of a persons "feelings" she can merely depict them as positive or negative, not specify them, however she has two "tentacles" that stick from her back, she can attach these to others and "Mind-meld" with said person, this is an extremely intense experience. Her mind palace is the culmination of this technique, it is a place of calmness, praying and meditation. Using this ability she can scan her surroundings, expand her awareness beyond the borders of her counciousness, this requiers intense concentration that can easily be broken. Her mind can scan her surroundings up to 5 miles distance. She can even communicate over these large distances when inside her "mind palace" but again the communication can only go in one direction, for magic users it is possible to block these kind of connections, but it can be difficult.

- Healers Infusion - A healing technique, depending on the size of the wound, more and more magic power is requierd, a simple bite is needed to draw her magic and heal wounds, this can be a double edged sword since it can easily be exploited. As a result she has a few bite marks on her body. She dislikes using it, she can also bite herself to heal but it does not work as effectively.

Strengths: Uriel is a good swimmer (20mph), she can hold her breath for at least one hour. She is also very quick and agile in the air despite her size.
Weaknesses: Fragile, she has a fragile body. Her body lacks any scales, therefore her body is very soft and tender. She cannot bring herself to kill another, no matter how evil they may seem. Her body heals those that bite her even her enemies. She is a poor close combatant, no previous training in it, a glass cannon if you will.

Overall, a lot of this seems more like magic and not abilities, and there are A LOT of abilities that need to be balanced in weaknesses
