Personality:
A bouncing bundle of curiosity and friendliness, Tinuviel won't hesitate to make friends with other dragons. Her odd mannerisms, especially her reluctance to look at other dragons faces (mainly to avoid their eyes, leading to her often staring at the floor). She doesn't have many friends, leading her to be a bit of a hermit, despite her extraverted nature.
She loves learning about new skills, and is fascinated by all the strange and wonderful things that are new to her. Tinuviel obsessively hides her extremely powerful and uncontrollable abilities from every dragon she meets, for fear that she might hurt them. Despite all this, she is constantly trying to improve herself. She likes to show her best side to others, and dislikes getting angry or upset around them. She tends to isolate herself, retreating to her studies or to her work whenever she's stressed or agitated.

History:
Tinuviel remembers very little of her own past. She can recall things about her old culture and customs, but almost none of her own memories. She couldn't even remember she had brothers until she'd met June again.
All she knows is that the Kaamil found her wandering the frozen wastes, nearby one of the larger frozen lakes, somehow alive, despite being from a species that died out thousands of years ago, and in the middle of one of the coldest blizzards they had measured in a while.
The Kaamil guessed she came from an ancient tomb near there, but alas, it is but speculation. Maybe the ancient species hadn't died out after all.
Due to her experience with translation, (and her ability to read and speak the ancient mirror language) Tinuviel works as a researcher for the Kaamil, mainly just transcribing ancient literatures and being a scribe for the other researchers.
Pretty much a scribe with a few extra benefits, she hasn't been with the Kaamil long enough for them to trust her with anything the actual researchers in the tribe work on.
She's often been approached by the general of the tribe to join their military ranks, due to her unique skillset, but each time she's denied them, opting to just stay out of the limelight, and out of trouble.
Her brother was found alive in the same icy wastes as her a few years later, and now a lot of Tin's time is taken up by helping her blind brother readjust.
Tinuviel found it odd, and highly suspicious, how she, and her brother could remember so little at their own pasts and old tribe. She suspected some sort of magic interference or maliciousness, but hasn't been able to figure anything out yet, left unable to remember most of anything about the technology of the time or the dragons she knew, thankfully she had the surviving scriptures she could translate that held some, but definitely not all, information about the technology of the times.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Smoke colored scales, with dark stripes and light gradients on her underbelly, her wing membranes and fans are dark grey. She's covered in dark crimson markings that can only be described as closed eyes, her fans and wing membranes especially.

Accessories: Leather gloves, a cloak, tail and arm wraps, sometimes a blindfold. (They all serve to cover her markings)

Abilities and Strengths
Abilities:
(oh boi oh boi Im gonna go way into too many details for this I apologize, I don't want her to be too op)
~Psychokinesis:Tinuviel can move things, freeze things in place, and move other creatures without psychically touching them. The range is as far she can see, but it only has half to a third of its power 60 to 80 feet away from her, and is only a fourth as strong at 200 to 300ft away. This ability grows stronger depending on her emotions, and by there fear of others and herself, her Psychokinesis is powered by it. Due to this, she holds her emotions down until they (usually) violently erupt when they cant be held down any longer. Normally, she can lift things up to four times her weight, and two times her size.
She can tear inorganic objects, up to twice her size (meaning she can't just blow down a building all at once, but she can tear parts of it), apart with ease, throw things that are at least two times her weight and size at most, but she can move things that are three times her weight and size with much difficulty, and cannot throw them. She can throw creatures her size or smaller, but cannot hold them down and rip them apart with her abilities. Creatures can escape the hold of her abilities by breaking her concentration, distracting her, or managing to slip out of the invisible grip as if it was a normal grapple or dragon holding them. If she tries to injure them while in her psychic grasp, they will definitely feel it.
She can also tear and manipulate plants, like trees or vines, as long as they are not larger than three times her size, or heavier than three times her weight.
She can manipulate liquids, but only up to 5,000 Gallons at a time, and only one kind of liquid at a time.
When she's angry or enraged, her abilities become violent, being more destructive and savage. When she's mad, she can't really finesse her abilities, objects that are lifted are torn apart into small pieces, creatures, thankfully, are lucky, and are not torn apart when lifted, but plants and inorganic materials are not as lucky.
(For self reference more than anything, Tin is 1.6 Tonnes, 3600 lbs. She can lift things that are a maximum of 6.5 metric tonnes, 15000 lbs, approx she can move dragons that are around twice her size maximum, 30ft)
~Hemokinesis:
Tinuviel can use her psychic abilities to manipulate her own blood, being able to psychically shape her blood into simple shapes, even weapons, such as needles or vines, at will. She can use this ability to slightly speed up her own healing by immediately clotting their blood preventing blood loss and speeding up the recovery process.
If she's forced to use this ability in combat, she'll mainly use her blood, if need be, too blind her enemies so she can get away, often opting out of drawing it herself, even allowing herself to get hit once or twice.
Obviously, the big draw back is that if she draws too much of her own blood to use as a weapon- she could end up passing out from blood loss.
She cannot use others blood, only her own, with a maximum range of 30 ft centered on her for the vines. Getting hit by the vines causes heavy bludgeoning, probably the equivalent of slamming into a solid wall. She can only create one 30ft large vine at a time, or four smaller, 10 ft ones.
The needles act almost like a cloud of tiny ice shards, small on their own, but heavy impacting in a large quantity. They're pretty much darts in functionality, deforming upon contact/striking/hitting a creature. They can pierce most scales, but struggle against heavy armor.
~Illusions of Fear:
All of Tinuviels illusory abilities are based on fear. Her mannerisms, her way of speaking, her eyes, all were conditioned by her forebearers into making her presence strike fear into other dragons. All to make her abilities to manipulate those who fear her even stronger. Most drakes who are strong willed, or not easily frightened remain mostly unaffected, save for a feeling of unease while Tinuviel is around them. It affects those who are weak of mind or very, very easily spooked much more. When Tinuviel isn't in her angry murder mode, the effects of these illusions are mostly unseen, save for the odd shadow figure in the corner of a dragons vision when she's around.
However, when she is in her off angry murder mode, said dragon who is afraid of her will see hundreds of red eyes in an area around her, and these eyes remain and follow the affected dragon, unsettling and scaring them, within an 100ft range of her. Along with this, said dragon may perceive shadows of creatures in their view, some just monsters, some representing shadowy forms of Tinuviel herself, making it harder for them to know what is real or just illusionary. Once a dragon gets out of range, said illusions immediately vanish.
While a dragon is frightened of Tinuviel, all of her abilities, defensive and offense, are much stronger around them, feeding off their fear. Attacks against her by a dragon who is frightened will only be half effective, attacks by her against said dragons would be twice as powerful.
As soon as a dragon is no longer afraid of her, these benefits and setbacks immediately vanish, until said dragon fears her again.
All of the hallucinations caused by this effect are not physical, being just scary hallucinations and nothing tangible.
~Paralytic Gaze
Looking directly into Tinuviel's eyes is a big no no, so much so that she does as much as she can to avoid making eye contact with other dragons, to the point where she'll blindfold herself to avoid giving other dragons, and herself, a big scare.
Looking into her eyes creates an uneasy feeling to those who are strong willed, but to those that are weaker willed or somewhat frightened of Tinuviel, it'll cause them to be paralyzed, harmlessly, but probably uncomfortably held in place by her abilities until Tinuviel looks away.
However, this can create a fun little positive feedback loop, due to Tin's own fear of eyes, where she'll be too frozen from her own fright to look away or move, causing her and whoever made eye contact with her to be stuck in a paralyze loop. It can take her a few seconds to a few minutes to break herself out of this loop, and Tinuviel will often be very agitated afterwards, making using her own abilities dangerous.
(Postwise this paralytic effect can only last one to two posts at most.)
The eyes that appear on her closed eye markings when she's angry do not cause this effect, only causing slight unsettlement or distraction, and to confuse enemies, (similar to the purpose of a peacocks eye marked tail feathers).
Strengths:
~Agile:
Due to being small and lithe, she is extremely agile.
~Analyzer:
Tinuviel is good at analyzing the behavior of others, as well as solving puzzles or tricks, and is excellent at knowing if a dragon is lying or not.
~Strong Flier
The Icello region had insane storms when Tinuviel was young, leading to her developing strong wings, and experience in flying in difficult weather. This strength with flying also allows her to fly quite fast, 85 mph when she really pushes for speed, and a top of 100 when diving.
~Hearing:
Thanks to her naturally great hearing and training from her blind brother, Tinuviel can effectively navigate the world without seeing it. She's not perfect with it, but she can get around well enough without too many collisions. She can even fly or glide short distances, without it being too noisy of course.
Weaknesses:
~Weak:
Tinuviel isn't very physically strong, relying on her abilities to do the heavy lifting for her, she can't really lift things on her own at all. Her weakness allows her to be easily overpowered by larger dragons, or even dragons her own size, and if she's trapped under something, there's little chance she'll be able to move it on her own without her abilities.
In addition to this, she's also very easily injured, having very hollow bones and weaker scales than most drakes.
~Close-Cut Concentration:
Tinuviel's abilities coming from a, less than savory origin mean they are destructive. If she uses her abilities too much, falls unconscious while using them, or loses her concentration on them or gets overwhelmed emotionally while using them, her abilities will lash out at everything within 30 ft of her, tearing things down, destroying the ground, attacking anything in range, even damaging Tinuviel herself, before dying out and being weakened severely for a few hours to days, maybe even weeks afterwards.
(4-12 posts, depending on the context of what's occurring inc, for example if Tin had just been in a fight, the recovery duration would be longer ) Her power tends to lash out disproportionately at dragons she knows well when this occurs, causing weak to pretty severe lacerations.
(Examples of things that can break her concentration are powerful spells, spells that obscure her vision, hearing the name of the deity the Mirrors relentlessly worshipped
~Long Fuse, Horrible Temper:
Tinuviel seldom loses her patience, but when she does- its catastrophic. Along with the chance of her getting so mad she starts taking it out on whatever poor tree, rock, or environmental object sits nearby, she'll chew out a new one for whichever dragon dared test her too long.
~Impulsive:
Despite all her intelligence, Tinuviel is terribly impulsive. Opting for quicker routes without a thought or making decisions that seem like a good idea at first. This impulsiveness has gotten her into quite some trouble before.
~Eyes, Those Terrible Peepers:
Other dragons eyes or even just eye imagery causes terrible fear in Tinuviel, such terrible fear that she often finds herself frozen from it when she accidentally looks into another dragons eyes. Symbols of eyes are worse. If she ever sees symbols or imagery of eyes, she'll be so frozen with fear, and be unable to approach were the symbols are until she either covers her own sight, or the imagery is covered. Thankfully, the imagery has to be large enough to be easily noticeable, small details, say the eyes of a statue, are too small for her to notice or affect her unless she looks right into them.
Unfortunately, even a symbol as large as a 5ft by 5ft decoration would be enough to scare her if she spotted it.
Eyes make her feel oddly agitated and afraid. The biggest sign of trust Tinuviel can subconsciously show to another dragon is to show no fear of their eyes, being able to look into them. The only dragon she's ever been able to do this with is her brother, but maybe one day she'll trust another enough.
~Line of Sight:
Theres also one big draw back with her abilities, she has to be able to see and be able to move her hands to use them. If she's blindfolded, or has her hands restrained, her ability to manipulate things with her mind is extremely dampened. She can only use her Hemokinesis and Ward if she cannot see or move her paws.
Fighting Style:
Tinuviel is a very destructive fighter, but she prefers to just be defensive and escape. If she's forced to fight and cannot escape, she'll focus on keeping her enemy within her sight to weaken their spells, while using the environment as a barrier to keep them away from her.
Magic:
Magic Abilities:~Energy Absorb:
Tinuviel can absorb the magic/energy from attacks or spells casted around her (30-40ft range). Area of effect spells have half the energy aimed at her absorbed. Spells that are aimed at her within her sight are affected, while spells that are aimed at her out of her vision are unaffected until she sees them. Magic attacks that manifest in a physical form are unaffected, and she does not need to concentrate on this ability to absorb magic energy, unless the spell is particularly strong or powerful.
Minor spells, such as magic bolts or minor healing, are completely diffused and have their magic stolen, stronger, medium spells like major healing spells or spells that affect environments are only half diffuse and stolen from, and strong, powerful magics only have a third taken.
The more damaging magics/attacks she absorbs the magic from, the stronger her ability to ward herself from damage becomes
The energy can last about an hour, (4-5 posts) before being released if not used.
This ability doesn't work if she is not awake or conscious.
~Ward
An effect that's almost always active as long as Tinuviel is awake, it causes a majority of the damage from spells casted at Tinuviel gets blocked or reflected. The ward cracks as it takes more damage, ten or twelve ranged or melee magic attacks can break the shield temporarily (one post/ five minutes).
Four or five physical attacks can break the shield for a long time (four posts/ one hour). It the shield is taken down before breaking, it can be resummoned, slightly healed, being able to resist maybe one or two hits before breaking.. The "shield" is partially invisible to the naked eye when it starts breaking, magical red cracks appear over Tinuviel's body where the ward is weakest, and when it breaks, red magical energy gets scattered to the ground. The ward can cover either her front or back, but not both at the same time. It can withstand a few attacks, one or two strong attacks before shattering. Physical attacks damage the shield more than magic or breath attacks, as the energy and magic of the spell is stolen by her psychokinetic powers. It takes ten minutes (two-three posts) for the shield to recover completely from damage.
Spells:
~Frost Ward
This spell creates a protective magic force around Tinuviel, manifesting as a spectral frost the covers her form. Any creature or object that hits her, physically, or via projectiles from a distance during the duration (1 hour, around 3-5 posts), will be hit by a shock of freezing force, manifesting in sharp ice shards against creatures, and as a fast-freeze to objects, making them frozen solid. If the creature is 30ft away, they are unaffected. She still takes half damage from attacks with this ward.
The ward also shields Tinuviel from extreme cold for its duration.
~Illusionary Beast
This spell works in tandem with her innate fear based abilities, working more on dragons who are already afraid. The spell creates a medium or large beast, minimum being Tinuviel's size and maximum being twice her size, that is completely illusionary. The illusionary creature's appearance depends entirely on the dragons worst fear. Attacks against the creature go right through it, seemingly without causing any harm to the illusion, and it cannot block creatures from entering its space. The illusion can move and make sound.
The illusion can be destroyed from sundering it with a counter spell, or by attacking it enough physically that it falls apart. It only lasts a few minutes, up to 5 posts.
If the dragon isn't afraid of her, the spell creates a much more generic, frightening creature.
~Fear
Tinuviel can reach out to a creatures morality, and cause them to become suddenly afraid of her, by causing them to see a much scarier version of herself. It can only affect one creature at a time. The illusion lasts three minutes (1-3 posts) It can't be casted continuously, and gets less effective the more it is cast on the same creature, moreso its fear causing effect is dampened, and it lasts 1 post instead when it is weakened.
It can be cast 3 times every four posts.
~Counterspell
Tinuviel can interrupt the casting process of a spell. This spell can only cancel weak and slow casting spells, and disrupts some of the damage or effect of higher strength spells.
It can be cast twice a day, or once every 4 posts.
~Arcane Lock
By tracing a locking rune with charcoal on a door, window, gate, chest, or other entryway, Tinuviel can lock the entrance until it is dispelled. The locked object can be opened by Tinuviel and other creatures she designates when she cast the spell, or with a password that when spoken within 5 feet of the object, suppresses the spell for 1 minute. Otherwise, it is impassable unless the object is broken, or the spell is dispelled or suppressed.

Main problems I have with this is psychokinesis and pyrokinesis.
Psycho: She can basically forcibly hold everyone down and rip them apart with little to no effort at all, with no ability to counteract this. It's too powerful to be able to just lift anyone you so please and shred them apart if you feel angry.
Pyro: Somewhat same as above, if you can just randomly decide dragons ignite on fire and cannot be put out, its overpowered.

-> No, ten times is much too strong, considering what she can do with this ability. She would literally be able to crash a 340ft dragon into a large tree or dump them into a deep lake.

-> Does she do this simply by willing it? How can this be prevented / is there a cooldown / both? (Because imagine having your character being set on fire once every three seconds.)
Invisibility:
-> Can her shadow still be seen?

-> "Magic attacks that manifest in a psychical form" Did you mean to type physical, or do you really mean psychical? I'm considering this a sort of limitation, but it'll be void if you meant the latter since there are very few mind-affecting abilities here.
-> What is the range of this ability?
-> Since this ability seems to be something that's automatically triggered unless the spell is a strong one, can she do this while unconscious?
-> How much stronger do her abilities get? (I recommend 2x.)
Psychokinesis:
-> Six times? No, please. She'll be able to throw every single dragon on DH (as we will not measure size or weight, and so I'm using height as a very general guide.)
-> Will the dragon feel a pulling sensation as she tries to 'tear' them apart?

-> Keep in mind that there are very few - probably none, but there's no guarantee - characters here that have approved abilities that allow them to attack the mind. The closest we have to this would be illusions, which are quite rare as well, so unless you mean abilities that affect the mind... Yeah. Try making this weakness more general so it can actually be of use to other dragons.
Tiny Stamina:
-> This ability is rendered void by the metal wings. Unless you say that the metal wings have their drawbacks as well, and that she prefers not to wear them, or something along those lines; otherwise, she can easily wear them all the time, and this weakness will be nonexistent.
Psychically weak:
-> Assuming that you meant to type 'physically', this ability is void because of her psychokinesis.
Cursed:
-> "bad for her allies" void because if someone is fighting her, they're clearly not an ally.
Magic:

-> Is there any way to get around this? She's pretty much immune for 3-5 posts.
