Personality: Clever and intelligent, this dragon is a chaos to be reckoned with. He is bold, and all too concerned about justice. He is wise and authentic. He is assertive and willful, challengers feel intimidated by his confidence. He exerts pressure, when he speaks in is coarse voice.
Hobbies: Havoc Rain likes to explore and meet dragons.
Likes: He likes to eat mostly a strict diet of fish, he likes a dragoness named Purity, also known as Spirit. They are very close friends.
Dislikes: When his brother is picked on, when dragons provoke him, food other than fish.
Fears: Being unable to protect his brother or friend Purity. His dreams, he fears, because he has nightmares occasionally, although he'll admit to them being deeply symbolic. Like his brother, he doesnt prefer to be around water.

Abilities:
Electrostatic Ultraviolet Echolocation - Soulcry can see through objects temporarily when he pulses with his third eye.

Icy Storm Breath - a very powerful icy lightning attack, which cascades of lightning.

Foreye Bolt, a more concentrated, single bolt of icy lightning can be shot from his foreye.

Telepathy - Usually with Havoc Rain

Strengths: Soulcry is incredibly athletic and fast. His strict diet of fish gives him incredible speed and agility. He is willful and hearty. He is very confident, but not unwisely overconfident. His jaws are extremely powerful, like a shark.
Weaknesses: Soulcry is a very emotional dragon, if his brother is in danger he may be strong but even if he is as powerful as he is, he is a very small dragon. His size may be a problem when fighting powerful, large dragons.

Emotionally, he may lose his focus if Havoc gets hurt.

He is lightweight.

Fighting Style:
Agility is his best advantage, so he takes his advantage wisely. He usually fights at medium distance away to keep his opponent on their toes. If they get closer, he will not hesitate to chomp.

Kundalini - at the tip of his tail is an incredible phenomenon, when the energy sphere gets stricken with an energy force, it will empower him, not weaken him.

~ Athletic, fast, speed, and agility all should go into characteristics, not strengths. Willful and hearty also need to go into characteristics. Confidence should be in personality. The only strength I see is Jaws as powerful as shark's.
