Personality and the Basics


Name: Chimera “Dot”
Pronunciation: Chi-mare-a
Gender: Male
Type: Western droog
Species: Blood Razor x Sun Wyvern (Sun Razor technically)
Age: 124 (Just older than being a teen)
Date of Birth: January 5th
Personality: Being reserved, shy and DESTRUCTIVELY quiet, Chimera can seem to be very unsociable. He’s very insecure and isn’t particularly confident in any way. He struggles with self-confidence most, and takes negative comments personally. Chimera doesn’t do well in social situations, and if he feels overwhelmed he tends to “hide”. Hide by turning away and facing a wall or hiding his head under his hood or other clothing.
He’s very self-conscious and has a horrible stutter when he is scared or nervous.

Hobbies: Chimera enjoys honing his skills, practicing his abilities to try and feel strong enough to defend himself. He enjoys talking to close friends, and likes to study.
Likes: He enjoys quiet places, rushing rivers, and big books.(Mainly because they give him an excuse to stay inside all day, reading)
Dislikes: Big crowds and hugs. He can live with them, but he doesn’t enjoy the contact much.
Fears: Big crowds, large open spaces, Other Blood Razors.



Origin, Culture, and Family


Place of Origin: Underground cave system, somewhere.
Tribe: Stormcallers
Position: Scholar
Language: Universal, learning Ki’shan and Kenarun.
Home: In a nice little cave he dug out near Faen River.
Parents: Aydryr and Crevion’arch
Siblings: Yes, but he prefers to not remember them.
Relatives: Silexerrine Mauk and Zollyunis Mauk, Ra’mir Mut (Sun Wyvern side)

Offspring: naw
History: Chimera was of accidental birth. The Razor clan he was born in despised him, as he was a runt, and not a”pure” Blood Razer. He was often forced to fight his half-siblings in order to “prove himself”. More often than not, he lost these fights.
Eventually he grew tired of the constant fighting and ridiculing, and just left. Chimera snuck a white cloak out of his clan’s horde to hide him from the harsh sun, and snuck out in the middle of the day. He left unnoticed, as the rest of his clan was deep in slumber.
He roamed for a long time after that, eventually Chimera came across a small group of Stormcaller merchants heading back to their tribe, and they allowed the small blood razor to hitch a ride with them. He also named himself when he met the merchants, hearing them talk about chimera’s.
He now lives in the Stormcallers, learning and honing his skills.

After living in the Stormcallers for a few years, Chimera began to head the voice of a Celestial from another plane of existence. Ra’mir was its name, and he often saves Chimera in difficult situations.

Physical Appearance and Accessories


Height: 18ft(and growing)
Length: 45ft
Wingspan: 50ft
Scale/Fur/Feathers: Chimera is covered in light yellow scales that darken to black in darkness. He has black ring markings around his tail.
Eyes: Light orange (deep crimson when he has fed recently)
Accessories: A slightly oversized white cloak that as a sun stitched on the back of the hood.
Armor: None
Horns/Spikes: Chimera has a row of short spikey spines going down his neck to his tail, as well as a mane of said spikey spines around his neck like fur.
Overall Appearance: (What is your draconiforme’s appearance? Anything not mentioned above. Pictures acceptable.)


Abilities and Strengths


Abilities:
Manifest/Transformation:
This ability allows Chimera to enhance his limbs and body with the characteristics of anything he consumes. He can take on traits of any food he has eaten while it's still active within his digestive system. For example, if he eats an octopus, he can transform tail or talons into said octopus’ tentacles. If he eats a creature with armored plates or a shell, he can harden his claws or scales, wings, into said shell or reinforce them with said armored plates and etc. Multiple manifestations of different foods is also possible. This ability occurs only on command and any trait can be dismissed at will. Chimera must replenish his arsenal by eating certain foods every single day. (Eating quite a lot as to not starve himself as well) The items do not necessarily have to be food, as anything Chimera eats his body is capable of consuming. He can even consume things that are inherently venomous, as long as they are not fatal.

Commune:
Chimera has a link to a Celestial/divine proxy from another plane off existence. He can use this link to commune with this divine proxy, and can ask up to three questions that can be answered with a yes or no. Depending on the question, the creature can choose to not answer, and as Divine beings aren't necessarily omniscient, he might receive "unclear" as an answer if a question pertains to information that lies beyond the deity's knowledge. In a case where a one-word answer could be misleading or contrary to the deity's interests, the divine proxy may answer in a short sentence, but won’t answer any more questions.
Chimera can only commune once per day. (Once per topic, unless a day passes in the topic)

Conjure Celestial:
Chimera, as long as he hasn’t communed with “his” celestial/divine proxy, he can take 10 minutes (2 posts) to summon the celestial he is linked to , which appears either above him, or somewhere 20ft away from him. The celestial dissipates when it has taken too much psychical damage, or when Chimera sends it back or falls unconscious.
The celestial is friendly to him and his companions. The creature will defend itself and Chimera from hostile creatures. It can use the same magic he can, although it is much stronger in its potency.

Strengths:
Size:
Chimera’s small size allows him to get into places others can’t reach, and he can use it to his advantage in combat, being able to fight larger dragons easier than others.

Nimble:
Chimera is extremely nimble, allowing him to dance out of the way of attacks and climb up steep inclines or run across snow easily.

Night Vision:
Being naturally nocturnal, Chimera can see extremely well at night or in dark places. (Like a cat)

Blood Strength:
If he drinks the blood off another dragon, Chimera’s injures will heal slightly and he gets twice as strong for a little while. (3 posts)
If he is suffering from a bout of weakness, it will go away immediately after feeding.

Weaknesses:
Flightless:
Chimera’s wings are too small to properly fly, he can use them to jump higher and glide for a few seconds, but they are way too short to be used in prolonged flight.

Blood Curse:
Since he is half Blood Razor, Chimera still has to deal with the urge to feed on other dragons. Being near a dragon that is bleeding or wounded severely causes him to struggle against his instinct to kill and feed from them. He also has bouts of weakness if he doesn’t consume dragon blood. These bouts pass quick, but can happen unexpectedly and most often during or after fights. The bout of weakness makes him unable to run, and severely hurts his ability to fight, as his movements and reactions are sluggish.

Sunlight Vulnerability:
Being half Blood-razor causes Chimera to struggle to see during the day, and basically blinds him during the day in a snowy area or if there is bright light nearby. Light irritates his vision, and he wears his hood to shield it.

Silver:
Anything made of silver burns Chimera severely, and if he is attacked by a weapon made of Silver, it will cause near fatal injuries that will take him ages to recover from.

Shadow/Dark magic susceptibility:
Any shadow/dark magic based attacks or spells do double the amount of damage to Chimera, and their effects are doubly more dangerous/potent.

Fighting Style: Chimera relies on his ability to change his body to fight, often having multiple manifestations going at once to effectively combat opponents.
Magic:
Chimera can cast a few simple spells and one strong spell.

Fire Storm
A storm made up of sheets of roaring holy flame appears 60 ft away from Chimera or around him. The area of the storm consists of up to 100ft. Each creature caught in the area may have only a few seconds to react before being engulfed in powerful hungry flames, which is hard to put out without smothering it or extinguishing it magically. He can only cast this once every day, and is extremely exhausted after casting it.(Once a topic unless a day has passed intopic)
The fire can be put out by normal means, it just takes more effort than putting out a normal fire.

Silence
For the duration (4 posts), no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on Chimera or a point 50 ft away from him. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there, and any damage based on noise is voided while inside the sphere.
Chimera can cast this twice every 3 posts.

Sphere of Darkness
Similar to Silence, for the duration of (4 posts), a sphere of pitch blackness with a 20-foot-radius sphere appears centered on Chimera or a point 50 ft away from him. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there, and any damage based on noise is voided while inside the sphere.
Chimera can cast this twice every 3 posts




Ra’mir (Celestial Proxy)
Ra’mir is a 60ft tall 100ft long dragonlike being, and is completely pitch black. He cannot fly(wingless) and has four front legs, and two back. He has a long tail made completely of white flame, as well as a row of white flame going down his neck to his tail. He is off powerful stature, and looks to be quite strong.
Ra’mir is Lawful in nature, and will not do anything he deems unlawfully or exceedingly cruel without good reason. He can speak Universal and Ki’shan.
He can cast the following spells,


Fire Storm

Mend
This spell, when casted minorly, repairs a single break or tear in an object Ra’mir touches, such as a broken chain link, two halves of a broken key, a torn cloak, or a leaking wineskin. As long as the break or tear is no larger than 5 foot in any dimension, he mends it, leaving no trace of the former damage.
When casted at a higher “level”, it can can physically repair a magic item or construct completely, but the spell can't restore magic to such an object. It can also completely restore an item to its original value, as long as all the pieces are there.
He can only cast it this level once( once per topic) and can cast it endlessly as a minor spell.

Shield of Faith
A shimmering field appears and surrounds a creature of Ra’mir’s choice within range, granting it complete protection against two minor magic attacks/one powerful magic attack/two psychical attacks.


Insect Plague
Ra’mir can use this spell to summon a massive swarm of flying insects, (locusts, flies, etc). This isn’t much trouble for scaled dragons, as the insects struggle to get through their hide, but the swarm can be blinding. He can summon a plague 3 times a topic.



Contagion:
Ra’mir’s touch inflicts disease with this spell. When he casts it, his claws are coated in an inky blackness, to inflict the contagion, he has to land a hit on a creature.
Since this spell induces a natural disease in its target, any effect that removes a disease or otherwise ameliorates a disease's effects apply to it. Ra’mir can choose to blind the target for 1-3 posts or cause them to bleed heavier, as if suffering from hemophilia for 1-3 posts.
Ra’mir can cast Contagion once a day.(once a topic)

Main question is the celestial stuff, so I will give this a 1/2 approved contingent Savan grades this as he has better idea of lore and plot, and if this will interfere. Also, I'm assuming fire can be put out with water.

Yes all fire they create can be put out by water, i'll add it takes a little more than normal fire, as it is magically created

If the celestial thing is too much for lore and plot, i'll change it to be a creature like June's abyssghoul
