Alrighty, the main thing I'm going to ask you for is just more details in general! Mainly, there are a few minimum requirements that I think you might have missed when initially reading it. So lemme link you back to the new and updated character creation guide too! :)

Personality and the Basics
Type: This refers to your dragon's type! The listed types are here, but I would classify a Tundra (at least the Flight Rising versions) as western dragons.
Personality: You need at least 5 sentences here! Keep in mind that they do need to be full sentences, not a bullet-pointed list of traits or something like that
Hobbies: If he's a hatchling, how can he help other tribes? Babies don't exactly do a whole lot, so please I think you'll have to swap that out for something else that babies CAN actually do.  You also need at least 2 hobbies here total!
Likes: You need at least 3 likes here!
Dislikes: You need at least 3 likes here!
Fears: You need at least 2 fears here! What about other dragons is he scared of? Why is he afraid of fish? What about them scares him?

Origin, Culture, and Family
Place of Origin: Everybody has a place of origin! This is basically asking where they were born, your answer can really be as simple as "a ditch on the side of the road"

Physical Appearance and Accessories
All Size Things: Alright, so the main things here are A. I'm going to need specific measurements for his size, and B. Having a wingspan of 7 inches is w a y too small- I'll have to check with the other staff to see what the minimum sizes would be, but the maximum sizes are listed here as well!

Abilities and Strengths
This looks alright to me! Just keep in mind, if you want to add magics/abilities later, you'll need to submit him for reapproval (but luckily reapproval only needs one staff member give their stamp of approval rather than the two for normal approval.)
