Seaside Tryst [Private - Emri]
If the Night could be any Darker, she might just lose her mind. Even though she could barely see the shore and where the water met the beach, she was not aware of how close it was. Thus in about 2 minutes, she'd smack face-first into the sand. a combination of her echolocation and her sight should have helped her detect that it was much closer, but no. She had been looking around instead, rather than making sure she wouldn't make a fool of herself to anyone who could see her. Sometimes she came up to the surface, in the span of her life, she had only made a handful of trips up to the surface, above the water. it still felt weird. breathing air, not water, or using gills. Aside from that, she loved coming up here, but it was also such a hassel. taking her several hours to get up to the surface, and this time she had ended up near the mainland. specifically along the coast of said mainland.
Pandora's scales sparkled in the moonlight, although faintly. their green/blue color was darker since it was the night after all. The Wind howled past her form as it echoed in her ears, it was... a hauntingly beautiful melody. She climbed up onto the sand, flying her way up onto the cliff that overlooked the Beach. shaking off the excess water from her scales. even though she was an Aquatic dragon, there was something exhilarating about flying. she couldn't get enough of it, along with the freedom it provided.
