Personality: Silver is equal parts beautiful, manipulative, and borderline psychotic at times. Her primary goal in many scenarios is riches and power. Around dragons she thinks can actually do her benefit, she's polite and talkative. Anyone else, she ignores or dismisses as irrelevant. Despite partaking in activities that would be considered illegal or unethical, she prefers to keep her talons clean and gets others to do dirty work for her.  
Hobbies: One of Silver's favorite past times is browsing jewelry stores, either to look at the latest accessory designs, or simply to flaunt jewelry she already owns that she knows is better than what the jeweler has to offer. In terms of games, she's quite fond of ones that involve strategy.
Likes: Admiration and attention from other dragons. Gifts that are given to her, particularly valuable ones. Outsmarting others.
Dislikes: Doing anything that requires her to get her scales dirty. Boring dragons. People telling her 'no' to something that she wants.
Fears: She is afraid most of all of being outsmarted by another. That her tower of misdeeds would come crumbling down on her, leading to a besmirched name and possible execution.

Home:A quaint cottage in the Aeria Mountains. Or a fancy inn, depending on who’s buying for her.
Parents: Sleet and Icicle
Siblings: No siblings that she knows of.
Relatives: None that she was ever close to.
Mate: She's had mates in the past, but none at the moment.
Offspring: None
History: Silver grew up in the Etcan Mountains of the Alpine region, and was raised by her mother Sleet and her father Icicle. Both Sleet and Icicle had a few difficulties during Silver’s upbringing, in that neither of them felt particularly connected with the dragoness. The same was true the other way, she felt like she was being raised by two complete strangers.

Silver’s parents showered her with gifts, as though they felt guilty for not loving her like parents should. She accepted them, but didn’t feel anything towards them. No obligation, nor spite. In fact she was never more pleased than the day she was old enough to live on her own so that she would never have to share an awkward meal with her parents again.

Sleet and Icicle purchased her a home in the Aeria Mountains, that way if she ever ran into trouble living on her own she would always have a place to rest her head.

Silver flew away from her parents, and hasn’t looked back since. Being so pampered gave her a hunger for gold, and her loveless upbringing has made her devalue most interpersonal relationships.

Wingspan: 108 feet
Scale/Fur/Feathers: Silver has white scales from head to tail. Her underbelly is slightly whiter than her scales, but not by much. Additionally, she has silver diamond-like markings around her eyes, which she hired someone to design for her.
Eyes: A deep blue.
Accessories: Normally she wears plenty of jewelry. This includes but is not limited to jewel-encrusted gold rings on her horns, up to three earrings on either ear (usually not both ears at the same time), bracelets on her front legs or around her tail, and occasionally a thin transparent gown over her body.  
Armor: Silver does not wear armor.
Horns/Spikes: Silver has a two horns that protrude from the back of her head, pointing backwards towards her tail, the same goes for a bundle of spikes. The two horns are solid, whereas the spikes are much more malleable.

Abilities: She is quite skilled with persuasion, and charming those around her. Additionally, she’s well-versed in dancing. As for powers, the most she can do is her frost breath, but having not used it often she hardly considers it an asset.
Strengths: Once more, Silver holds strength over persuasion. Her tongue matches her namesake, and she uses it to get what she wants.
Weaknesses: Silver is practically useless in a one on one battle, not knowing how to use swords or spells to their full potential. Her stamina is also very low, so she much prefers shorter flights and less overall physical strain.
Fighting Style: Silver simply tries to avoid combat where she can. If she were ever to be forced into a fight, she’d do so in as many dirty ways as possible (throwing dirt in her opponent’s eyes, dipping her talons in poison, etc.).
Magic: The most magic she can do is her ice breath, nothing else.

Keep in mind magic and abilities are two different things. Your inherent ice breath would likely be an ability o3o
