Huge Potential Updates, Coming Your Way~ [POLL]

Now, as you may or may not have observed, the forum itself seems to be painfully quiet. Sure, people are active on discord, but hardly anyone pops on the site any more. Or, at the very least, roleplaying is very slow.

Now, I have talked with staff, and we've come up with a couple different ideas that we want to put pass you all first before we implement them. And feel free to leave your comments on the ideas as well, such as if you want to refine an suggestion or something.

1. Free roleplay. For those of you who are curious what this means, here's the gist of it: Free roleplay would be able to encompass a variety of types of roleplay: From short one liners to massive, combat-ridden plot lines. Free roleplay would be split up into three sections: Creative, Random, and Hardcore. Creative would be for people to roleplay their dragon characters without having to worry about prexisting lore or any storylines that may be going on within the canon universe.

Random is pretty self explanatory. It would allow for people to thrust their characters into unusual settings, things that are completely outside the laws of Nuira, or perhaps even outside of Nuira itself. It might involve everything from crossovers with other works of fiction, to simply roleplaying your dragons turning into humans~

The random section would also allow for people to make a sign up sheet, where you don't technically need to have a fully fledged finished character to start roleplaying. This would allow new members to get a feel for rping on the site and with the people before they immediately jump into the long winded process of making a character.

And finally, hardcore. Hardcore would be like a hyperrealistic version of nuira, one where safety measures are off, and all characters have the potential to die. We would hold events, games, and other plots within this area, where players have the potential to win prizes and fight their way to the top of the scoreboard, which may even give them some ic lore universe perks.

The details of this area are still in the works, but if a character does die, then the death wouldn't affect your character in canon, and you would be able to resume roleplaying that character in the hardcore section after about two weeks or so of that character's death.

2. The second thing we wanted to talk about was the potential to form clans. Clans are basically small groups of dragons with common interests that gather together to work for each other. While clans would likely mostly occur within the rogues, tribal clans would be able to form as well.

A clan founder would need to have been on the site for at least one month, and must have been part of at least five topics. The minimum number of dragons required to form a clan would be three. Clans would be able to get as large as they want, gaining perhaps new perks every time a new dragon is added.

There is also talk of the possibility of clans being able to establish their own tribes, if they grow large enough. However, the ability to form a tribe would vary depending on location, proximity to other tribes, etc.

NOTE: Please only chose one per two options. One for Clans, one for Free roleplay(All sections), or, if it applies, one for each of the three options of free roleplay.
