Valentines Day Event! <3

As that special Hallmark romance day approaches, the Xoyan Kommadant has decided to host a party at the capital for all to attend.  Each participant will be matched with a partner for a wonderful blind date.  So, how do you join in?  All you have to do is to fill out the application and you are in!  You CAN sign up multiple characters, but only ONE will be chosen for a random pairing so everyone gets a chance!  Signups will be open until the day before Valentine's day!  I will let Haven explain in topic how pairings will be chosen.  Topic will start out as one group topic, and then split into individual topics to avoid posting confusions.  Note, read other people's topics as they are in the same area as you, so you can react to something funny that another pairing does!  And remember, keep it all PG!

It works the same for a single headed dragon.  Your dragon will be matched with another dragon at random!
