Jasper, the Powerful Potion Maker

Species: They are a standard dragon for the most part. For comparison, think Saphira from Eragon.
Age: She is approximately 700 years old.
Date of Birth: October 12th
Personality: Jasper has a tendency to act superior around others. She treats many of her social interactions as though there is a mystery that needs to be solved, and can be somewhat pushy when trying to force others into her less-than-fun experimentations. Around those she considers acquaintances, however, she loves to joke...or at least blur the line between what’s a joke and what’s life-threatening. She has a hard time taking serious dragons seriously, which has resulted in disdain from quite a few of her peers. It is also rare to ever see her without a cocky grin, which she wears with pride.
Hobbies: Most of her time is spent studying and trying to perfect her various potions and spells. While most of her alchemy can be seen as unethical, she finds that the day has been wasteful if she has not produced at least one new potion that she could sell in her traveling market.
Likes: She enjoys making potions, experimenting with said potions on both living and dead test subjects, explaining her “no-refund” policy to any dissatisfied customers.
Dislikes: Thieves, bandits, falling ill to one of her own potions
Fears:

1.) Someone breaking any of her inventory. She takes extra care that none of her vials or bottle break during transportation. Nothing makes he more horrified than seeing any of her bottles break.

2.) She also has an irrational fear of heights.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Jasper has midnight blue scales, and can usually be seen with a variety of paints on her wings and face that glow in in the dark. Her underbelly is a slightly lighter shade of purple, but most of her color comes from the paint that she wears.
Eyes: Purple
Accessories: She wears various rings around her horns, as well as earrings and a bone necklace (classic voodoo priestess style, yo)
Armor: No armor. She’s a trickster not a fighter.
Horns/Spikes: She has spikes that protrude from the back of her head, as well as some horns that come out from both the top of her head and the sides of her cheeks. Her nose has one horn as well.

Abilities: Jasper has the ability to make potions quickly on the fly. She’s memorized a variety of recipes that she can throw together provided she has the right ingredients in her vicinity (or substitutes for those ingredients). The most useful potion recipes she's memorized are for healing wounds, cleansing toxins like poison out of the body (which can't work miracles, just negates a small amount of poison in the host's system), and the concoction for her fire breath.

The wound healing potion lasts for a few seconds, and is usually used more for first-aid. If a dragon is critically injured or impaled in some way, it won't save their life, but it gets rid of scrapes, aches, bruises and cuts. It disinfects wounds while providing a numbing that gets rid of pain emanating from it.

The poison curing potion can last from a day to a week. It will cleanse the body of toxins, but in doing so will also make the dragon who takes it feel violently ill. They won't die from the poison in their system, but their body will feel awful while it works the toxins out. This potion also can't cure extreme quantities of poison.

Jasper's fire breath potion lasts for approximately ten minutes before it fizzles out. After that she's left with quite the sore throat for the rest of the day, and can't take the potion again for another twenty-four hours.

Strengths: Jasper is very tactical, and can lay traps to ensure circumstances land in her favor. She also has an
Weaknesses: Jasper is very susceptible to brute force. She doesn’t have a lot of natural muscle. Her second weakness is her fascination with alchemy. Someone could rob her blind if they managed to distract her with conversation about her passion. Her third weakness is heights. If a dragon were to fly her high in the air, she would most likely panic and concede so long as they brought her down.
Fighting Style: In a fight, Jasper would likely use her potions to try and give herself an advantage, while splashing whatever she could on her opponent to give them a disadvantage. This isn’t entirely effective, however, so she usually avoids confrontation whenever she can...even if she tends to provoke it with her demeanor.
Magic: While her fire breath is very weak, it grows strong when she combines it with a particular potion. When combined with said potion, she is able to shoot fireballs that can travel up to 500 feet before exploding (the explosion being about 100 feet in radius). Her fire breath is pretty much as hot as fire is in real life, about 585 degrees Celsius (or 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit for 'mericans like me). In a nutshell, her normal firebreath can only cause 1st degree burns and can't even leave her maw, while her powerful firebreath can cause 3rd degree burns. As stated in the Abilities section, the potion makes her fire breath strong for only about ten minutes. Afterwards she can't use her breath again until the next day, after her throat has healed. The only other magic she knows is performance magic that she can do by summoning flames from the tips of her claws. Unless someone has submitted an app for a character that is a moth, it really can't hurt anyone.

Normal firebreath doesn't leave her maw. It basically only simmers, if that makes sense :O
