Personality: An aged cantankerous dragon who spends most of his days sleeping, drinking, or fishing. Why he chose to seclude himself on a island in the middle of the deep ocean remains a mystery; but he seems friendly enough. Oftentimes he will start to regale you with rollicking sea stories of his adventurous youth, whether asked for or not. This is often punctuated with sloshes of whatever he's drinking at the moment while he wildly pantomimes his actions. The rest of the time he will sit in silence and stare at the sea- occasionally giving advice in a low mumble.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Dull, smooth fish-like scales that graduate from a dark blue, to a pale blue-grey to a white underbelly. The scales are very thin and flexible
Eyes: The functioning right eye is a bright burning orange, the non-functioning left eye is a milky white.
Accessories: Two gold hoops in his left ear, a small ruby stud in his right. A necklace of small trinkets jangle around his neck.
Horns/Spikes: Driftwood grey with some swirling scrimshaw. The left horns tip has been snapped off while the right remains intact.
Physical Description: A head crowned with horns and a small chin frill that flares out when he speaks loudly. A ragged scar runs through his left eye which is a milky white. He has a wiry serpentine body with numerous scars crisscrossing his body. There is an faded tattoo of a octopus that wraps down his right arm. He has a ragged finned crest that starts at the base of the neck and tapers to an end halfway down his tail. His wings are long and narrow for sustained gliding (like an Albatross), and like his fins there are many rips and tears along the edges. His tail is about half of his body length though the last foot or so is missing from some past fight.

Abilities: Can "spit" water at high speed (190mph/305.775kph or about as fast as a paintball gun). Usually nonlethal* and is mostly used to scare away seagulls. The range is about 100ft/30.48m
*The exception being eye injuries because those can be dangerous.
Strengths: He is a rather stubborn one and will probably never admit if he is wrong. This persistence has carried him through most of his life (though he may have made some questionable choices). Years of wind and waves has given him a strong stamina and endurance; coupled with his large wings, he can glide a very long time with the right wind. Though as he ages his strength and stamina have waned.
Weaknesses: Scribner is getting a bit old in years and really doesn't have the energy as he used to. He also is a rather small dragon compared to many that dwell in this world, which is a bit of a problem in a physical fight. Not to mention that his depth perception is a bit faulty thanks to only having one eye and he usually staggers a little as he walks- be afraid if he flies.
Fighting Style: A mad scrabble to tackle the opponent and claw them. More proficient in brawls than actual duels. When fishing for large sea creatures he prefers to dive and slam into the target from above when possible.
