Personality: (Known to be a trickster at times but when serious is known to protect those that he loves. However he is also known to wanting to avoid violence when possible but is a very capable warrior. If provoked he's also known to be absolutely ruthless. Loves to laugh and play with his friends and just wants everyone to get along. Secretly hopes one day that every tribe will get along)

Abilities and Strengths
Abilities: (Water Manipulation. Think Katara from the last airbender minus blood bending. Control over water gets weaker the farther away he is from it maximum range being 300ft before losing control of it. If there is no water around him as a last resort he will use his own bodily fluids. Hes also able to create water wings but they are purely decoration and doesn't allow him to fly. He is able to use his water manipulation ability gives some healing power like to temporarily stop bleeding but can only be used in support and not offensively. However this is only a temporary solution so it will require further medical attention if serious. Almost always has some floating hands around him made with his water manipulation)
Strengths: (Very Knowledgeable in general and good at making strategies which he learned from his time in the military. )
Weaknesses: (Electricity note that he does like thunder and lightling just doesnt like getting hit with it. Unable to fly. Will dry out if out of the water for more than 7 days and will just be immobile in a state of deep hibernation but can be revived if fully submerged in salt water)

~Personality: Can I get one more sentence here? Minimum for this section is 5 sentences.
~Age: The oldest a wyvern can be is 2,500 years old; so you could bump the age up a little if you wanted to, but that part's totally up to you.
~Quote: If you don't want to add a quote, I'd recommend taking this option out just to keep the app cleaner.
Physical Appearance and Accessories
~Height: The usual standard sizes for a Wyvern are between 7 and 90 feet tall, so he might be a bit on the small side, but if you're okay with that it's fine. (The standards I'm pulling from are located right over here if you want to double check anything else)
~Length: Same as Height, but if you leave it the same this part's fine.
Abilities and Strengths
~Abilities: What are the specific ranges and limits for his water manipulation? Do the manipulations get weaker the farther away from him they are? Can he freeze water into ice spears or anything like that? Does he need water around him to use this ability? Could he pull the moisture out of the air to use if there aren't and natural water sources nearby? Just generally looking for more details and specifics in this part.
And, having been directed here from wingspan, this is where I'd mention the ability to create his water wings. Do they make him incredibly fast? Slightly slower than normal since they're just made of water? Any special things he can do with them?
~Strengths: Knowledgeable about what? Knowledge of the seafloor and the different types of creatures that live there are very different than knowledge about, say, how to build castles and catapults. If you want to get around this, you could just say he's very smart in general.
~Fighting Style: Does the healer part mean he has some sort of healing power? Or is it more so along the lines of a regular medic? If he has a power that lets him heal things, it should either go under Magic or Abilities.

Last thing before I give you your 1st approval is just clarification on the healing; is it basically just like slapping a magic bandaid on? Something that'd stop any bleeding and temporarily stabilize the wounded, but doesn't actually mend the muscles, tendons, bones, etc...?
Also, if you could slide the details to said healing in with the rest of the water manipulation stuff under Abilities, that'd be marvelous.

Hey, sorry to post this late, but after discussing with the rest of staff, your character is not really a dragon. It falls under more of a fluffy wolf than anything draconic. You'd need to redo their looks to make it more dragonlike if you want this character to be approved. Sorry for the hassle!

Most of your weaknesses aren't weaknesses. They are just how your character acts. You need to have weaknesses, like weak to fire, ice, physically weak, ect.
