Personality: Sapphire mostly is curious about pretty much everything, wanting to explore and find new things to enjoy. She's friendly and caring with being at times excitable. Fairly social she enjoys helping others and reading, thanks to her role for the tribe she as easy access to records and information to expand her knowledge. Sometimes Sapphire can get almost too excited which leads to her ignoring things inless they calm her down.

Fears: Sapphire is afraid of loosing control, mainly with loosing her mind, she fears that all her knowledge may lead to becoming insane. Along with that she is afraid of harsh sunlight mainly due to the heat.

Physical Appearance and Accessories

Height: 28ft

Wingspan: 55ft
Scale/Fur/Feathers: Blue scaled, along with blue furr and purple/blue feathered wings.
Eyes: Ice Blue

Horns/Spikes: Only horns on her head, two white horns either side of her cheeks.
Overall Appearance: Mostly a simple design, yet like shown in the above image she has a icy blue mane matching the same colour as her fur on her chest. Along with a small patch on her chin scaled. Her tail is simple with a pointed end yet her mane goes all the way down her back to the tail. Her feet thick paws matching the same colour as her body.

Abilities and Strengths

Abilities:

Icy Aura: Her body gives off a cooling effect, as her body is suited for the coldness in the mountains its simply a way to keep her cool as she can't handle warm temperatures. Please be more specific as to what this means.

Ice Breath: Simple as the name suggests, Sapphire has a darkened blue ice breath (similar to her name) which she can use to freeze wounds and attack foes. Yet warm temperatures disable her breath, along with she can only use the breath for a short amount of time (3 post recharge). When attacking foes with her breath she slows down movements as their body starts to freeze, for completely being frozen it takes 3 full posts so this is very unlikely. Effects of the slow down and freezing lasts 1 post. I'd say no on the completely freezing the opponent, or at least have it take more than three posts, and how can the opponent prevent being completely frozen? What can they do to fight back?

Ice Healing: Thankfully her ice can provide faster healing, freezing wounds can repair the damage within 4 posts depending on how serious the damage is. Same with her Ice breath this takes time to recharge (4 post recharge). Sapphire can only heal wounds medium sized and below, for example deep cuts and bites.

Strengths: Tough frame, even though Sapphire is a healer she has quite the sturdy frame similar to a fighter, yet her strength isn't as strong. Knowledge is her main access and healing.  
Weaknesses: Warm and hot climates, running out of ice breath which makes her vulnerable. Fighting against larger foes as she doesn't have a lot of stamina.   I'd say add one more weakness, since running out of ice breath is a factor that usually the rper (you) decides when it happens, and no one wants to purposely put their character in a position to lose a fight.
Fighting Style: Using both her breath and melee attacks focusing on using her tail.
Magic: Only simple healing spells which uses her ice powers.I'd say just be a bit more specific. What can the spells heal? Poison, flesh wounds, etc.
