Personality: At first glance, Vortex appears as a level headed, social individual. He enjoys being part of conversation, but becomes uncomfortable upon the mention of his past or mask. He is very kind and caring to most. He has a very long attention span, as well as a lot of patience. If one were to look past his calm outer shell, they would see a truly lonely, tortured soul that just wants companionship. He has rarely ever felt affection or gratitude in his past life, so the smallest thing can make him feel overjoyed. He never reveals his true identity to anyone who is not extremely special within his heart.

Accessories: A black enchanted mask which keeps him in a draconic state. It covers the top half of his face and horns, stopping just above his mouth. He wears this almost all the time.

Horns/Spikes: Two grey horns protruding through the back of his skull.
Overall Appearance: Vortex appears to be a normal western dragon with black scales, however, alongside his tongue he has an inner mouth, similar of that of a sea snake/eel. He can use it to speak as well, allowing him to speak with two voices at once, or just in different tones. When he takes his mask off, Vortex can be seen as he really is: a mass of liquid. As a liquid, he is an inky black colour, with consistency similar to maple syrup. He has complete control over the fluid, to the point where it can be manipulated into a draconic form, or even used in combat. The liquid he amounts to is about 1200 gallons.


Abilities: Telpathy. Alright, this one is pretty straightforward. Vortex is capable of communication through telepathy. There are two type of this, one which is private and requires a link, and one that simply broadcasts it in a 65 ft range to whomever is near. The private link, which only linked individuals can hear, requires both ends of the link to accept it, and must be within a 60 ft range. They must stay in this range, lest the link be broken.
Dreamvisit. Vortex is able to visit others in their dreams. If the recipient is asleep, and dreaming, then Vortex has the ability to appear in their dreams, either vocally, physically, or both. In order to dreamvisit, he must be quite close to the sleeping recipient, within 15 metres to be exact. He can stay in their dream until they wake up, which can be sped up by him being there. He can only dreamvisit one recipient per night, and only every 4-5 posts. If one realizes that he is infiltrating their dream, they can very easily force him out.

Strengths:
-He is hardened both mentally and physically from his past.
-He is immune to fire damage of up to 1562 degrees farenheit, when he is in his draconic form.
-As a liquid, ther are very few barricades that can keep him out.
Weaknesses:
-He cannot feel, taste or speak when he is a liquid
-He has "minor" PTSD from past events.
-His liquid form is flammable.
-He can only stay as a liquid for about an hour. (5-6 posts)


Fighting Style: Vortex usually avoids combat, seeing it as a waste of time and energy. However, if the need arises, he isn't too shabby at melee combat, plus his liquid form can be rather useful for fighting.
Magic: 'Till death we part'. This ability allows Vortex to force open a TNPP (Temporal Non-Physical Portal) into the land of the dead. By forcing open this portal, he can pull the soul of one deceased individual into a partial state, allowing them to speak but not interact with the physical world. The soul is not visible, but their voice is there. He can force the portal only once per topic, without external assistance, and can only hold the deceased's soul for exactly eight minutes and forty-one seconds. The longer this person has been dead, harder it is for Vortex to find them and keep the link open. If the soul has been dead for more than 2000 years then there is no chance of him finding them.

The only thing I'd say is to change the dead can speak so it can have a time limit, like, the soul can only stay in the living world for a maximum of five minutes. Also, I'd change the time limit to once per topic.
