Personality: Bramble is a bandit. He's greedy and willing to do anything to fatten his pockets. He's sneaky and troublesome, traits he shares with his brother. Unlike his hot headed and arrogant older sibling, Bramble is reserved and quiet, rarely speaking. He's sly and calculates his every move. What he lacks in physical strength he makes up for in his intelligence and quick thinking. He's not unkind, holding a soft spot for hatchlings, although he will be quite standoffish to strangers who randomly approach him.
Hobbies: Bramble enjoys reading about plants and other foliage outside of thievery. He also does target practice and loves practicing magic.
Likes: Bramble loves the thrill of the chase and the adrenaline that comes with stealing. He likes being clean and prefers a quiet forest to a roaring crowd.
Dislikes: Bramble hates crowds and tends to steer clear of them. He dislikes heading into cramped spaces, despite being smaller than Scorch, and despises being filthy.
Fears: Bramble is afraid of losing his brother or not being able to protect him when he needs him the most. He has an extreme phobia of water, and won't go near large bodies of it.

Parents: Unknown, though he knows his father was a nobledrake and had a brief relationship with his rogue mother, who cast out their eggs as soon as she laid them.
Siblings: Scorch, his older and only brother.

History:

When the brothers were laid, their father knew he'd be disgraced if it was found out he'd had hatchlings out of wedlock. He urged his mother to kill the eggs, and she tried to, but was unable to smash the eggs herself. She abandoned them out in the middle of nowhere, hoping they'd die of cold. That was how a group of bandits found them. Taking pity on the helpless hatchlings inside, they rescued them and raised them. Thus, Bramble was born into a life of crime. Scorch and him struck out on their own when they were old enough to forge their own adventures. They actually met up with their mother's family, who explained that after she'd abandoned the eggs, Layla realized what she'd done and had gone looking for her children, but found them already gone. She died of a broken heart.

The brothers chose not to stay with them but remain as bandits.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Bramble doesn't have scales, but a hide, which is made up of a variety of greens, from emerald to shamrock to even turquoise.

Accessories: Bramble sometimes carries a satchel where he keeps his books and maps.
Armor: Not unless needed.
Horns/Spikes: Bramble has four pale horns that curve upwards, and a set of smaller horns running down his spine, flanked by two sets of tiny spikes.
Overall Appearance: Bramble has a small scar under his chin and another, larger one on his flank.






Abilities: Bramble can't breathe fire, but he can unhinge his jaws really wide and shoot bolts of steaming acid at a target. They can sizzle through pretty much anything, and he can shoot this up to fifty yards away. It won't kill a dragon, although it can cause nasty wounds. It can be cured with a few types of herbs and remedies.
Strengths: Bramble is very smart. Scarily so. Being the brain of the two brothers, he can easily solve hard puzzles and tell when someone is lying.

He has a 'silver tongue,' able to sweet talk his way out of pretty much anything.

What he lacks in strength he makes up for in speed, able to run and fly at fifty miles an hour.
Weaknesses: Bramble isn't strong at all, easily bested in a physical fight.

He can't fight to save his life in talon-to-talon battles. He'd make an awful soldier and won't last long in any battle.

Bramble's quite naive when it comes to his brother. If someone tells him Scorch is in trouble or injured, he can easily be manipulated into a trap despite his high intelligence.

Bramble has no scales or plates to protect him, meaning he can easily be seriously cut by talons or teeth.

Fighting Style: Bramble doesn't fight, he will run away or dodge around his opponent until Scorch saves him.
Magic: Bramble can't do magic.
