Personality: Scorch is like an oversized bull. Stubborn, hot tempered and ignorant, he's utterly dislikable at first, second and third glance. He thinks he can get any female he wants and is incredibly arrogant for his age. He's immature and comes off as the typical "steal the nerd's lunch money" type. He's a greedy thief, like other bandits.

However, Scorch has a softer side to him. He loves kids, and dotes on his -by five minutes- little brother. He'd do anything to protect Bramble, be it by fighting another dragon or staring death himself in the face, he'd do it. He's not very smart, but makes up for it in his secret compassionate side, which only occasionally emerges.
Hobbies: Scorch enjoys counting out his vast (well, not really 'vast') number of treasures, and eating. He really likes eating. He also enjoys napping. Yes, napping is a hobby of his.
Likes: Scorch loves thieving and brawling. He also likes teasing his brother and sparring with him.
Dislikes: Scorch dislikes long walks, preferring to be sleeping or fighting instead. He also hates having to memorise things or anything to do with numbers. He hates anyone who disrespects or harms his brother in any way.
Fears: Scorch is afraid that one day, Bramble will get himself into trouble and he won't be there to protect him. He also has a fear of water, as he can't swim and is weak to it.

Parents: Unknown, though he knows his father was a nobledrake and had a brief relationship with his rogue mother, who cast out their eggs as soon as she laid them.

Offspring: No, though he would like some.
History: When the brothers were laid, their father knew he'd be disgraced if it was found out he'd had hatchlings out of wedlock. He urged his mother to kill the eggs, and she tried to, but was unable to smash the eggs herself. She abandoned them out in the middle of nowhere, hoping they'd die of cold. That was how a group of bandits found them. Taking pity on the helpless hatchlings inside, they rescued them and raised them. Thus, Bramble was born into a life of crime. Scorch and him struck out on their own when they were old enough to forge their own adventures. They actually met up with their mother's family, who explained that after she'd abandoned the eggs, Layla realized what she'd done and had gone looking for her children, but found them already gone. She died of a broken heart.

The brothers chose not to stay with them but remain as bandits.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Scorch has a deep, blood red hide that darkens to a charcoal black on the back of his neck, the colour of wood when it's been charred by fire. His underbelly is softer and a light, orange stained salmon.
Eyes: An intense, ruby red

Horns/Spikes: Scorch has pearly white horns that curl upwards from the back of his head, and a slightly smaller pair that curve downwards. He has loads of white spikes running down his back and on his chin and cheeks, even making up his brows.

Abilities: Scorch can breathe fire that reaches 200 degrees.
Strengths: Scorch is very strong. He uses his bulk to solve his problems, if he can.

Hee's somewhat fireproof, able to withstand high temperatures.

Weaknesses: Scorch is.. not smart. At all. He can easily be lured into traps and can be outsmarted by even a baby. He's as dumb as a rock.

Scorch can't move very fast. His weight holds him down in flight and he can't really sprint.

Scorch can't turn fast in the air, meaning it's almost impossible for him to dodge objects hurled at him.
Fighting Style: When he fights, Scorch will charge and claw and bite and kick and do anything he can to get his opponent beneath him. He doesn't really have a technique.
Magic: He can't do magic apart from breathing fire.
