Lazzaris Crow, King of the Crossroads
Personality and the Basics
Name: Lazzaris Crow
Pronunciation:Laz-air-is Crow

Species: Azzuth (Demonic)

Personality: Charming and smooth, with a strong sense of self-preservation, Lazzaris Crow will give any dragon and run for their money. He is suave, and loves to use sass, banter and insults to get what he wants. Lazzaris can be calm, and then shouting within seconds. He has an ugly narcissistic personality hidden under his charm and luster. He uses any loopholes that he can find, and will always push situations to be in his favour, as he prefers everything to benefit him, and him alone. Crow is a very, very manipulative figure, often whispering sweet nothings to convince others of anything. Lazzaris knows he is a terrible and horribly rude and annoying character, and doesn't know wether to take pride in it, or to be upset by it.
Hobbies: Hanging out around Crossroads, hunting for sport, reading poetry, writing, making deals..
Likes: Fish, dark poetry, being cruel, making beneficial arrangements, making "friends", murdering those who deserve it.
Dislikes: Others scamming him out of a deal, being tricked, others figuring out his hidden agendas, being insulted, Sarmaril
Fears: Death, Sarmaril, Albino animals.

History:
Lazzaris was always picked on by the dragon who had stolen him from his family.
Saramil. The wyvern was the source of all his pent up anger and arrogance, and was the cause of his eventual "death". Saramil stole Lazzaris away from his parents when he was just a hatchling, telling his parents that Lazzaris was cursed to die, and that he would make it quick. Somehow, he managed to convince Lazzaris’s parents of this, he swept the hatchling away. After being treated for many years as Saramil's "dog”(As Lazzaris describes it), doing labor, and tending to Saramil's every need, Lazzaris decided that he'd had enough. After slashing out one of Saramil's eyes, Lazzaris managed to flee and escape into the north. He hated the snow, but he stayed there until he was old enough, and strong enough to kill his tormentor. In a furious attempt, he was so close to killing Saramil, before the dragon slit his throat. Lazzaris, to his own surprise, woke up, days later.
Unbeknownst to Lazzaris, he had been revived by some otherworldly force.
Physical Appearance and Accessories
Height: 78ft
Length: 110
Wingspan: 130ft
Scale/Fur/Feathers: Deep Green with white back strip and front legs.
Eyes: Brown, but can turn bright red.Accessories: Black arm wraps, and tail wraps.
Armor: No
Horns/Spikes: Curled head horns, and a line of sharp spikes that run down his back. They are white at his head, and black down his spine and tail.
Overall Appearance: Lazzaris is an averagely built individual, not showing much muscle on his form. His horns are nicked and scarred, but very sharp. He has an underlying elegance to his build, smooth scales that shimmer, and a regal gleam in his eyes. There is white running down his spine, which looks as if it “flows” down his front arms. He has some white stripes on his tail, and his tail spike is bright white. On the right side of his neck, it looks like his jaw goes down to his shoulder, with teeth poking out of it.

Abilities and Strengths
Abilities:
Summon Hound
Lazzaris has a large hound, roughly half his size. The hound is magically infused, and will follow his every command. The dog can appear beside him only if he is within 100ft of it. The hound is invisible, and only Laz, and whomever it is after, can see it.
It has flaming eyes, and long extended muscular limbs, and very sharp claws. This beast is capable of killing dragons.
Thermokinesis
Laz can increase his body heat to cause light burns from contact, and can make metals glow red hot momentarily.
Pyrokinesis
Laz can create small fires, and increase the size of preexisting fires and move them. These fires can be put out, and act like a normal fire.
Supernatural Perception
Lazzaris can actively perceive invisible creatures, or creatures hidden by magical darkness.
Minor telekinesis
Even with a weak psychic ability, Lazzaris can break glass and other weak objects without touching them. He can also move small objects to himself.
Biokinesis
Lazzaris can make preexisting wounds bleed or pulse with agony, and can cause small internal injuries to appear on dragons.
Smoke Form
Unlike the black smoked forms of other Azzuth, Lazzaris' smoke form is red. He can enter small spaces, and can attempt to possess other dragons in this form. Dragons with strong wills can prevent him from possessing them, as Lazzaris needs permission to possess another dragon without a struggle. (aside from his mortal form).
Teleportation
Lazzaris can teleport to any crossroad that he knows off, and can quickly teleport across small distances. Lazzaris can teleport up to 1200ft, but this is extremely tiresome to do. He can take up to three willing other creatures with him, but only up to 600ft at max.
Strengths:
Super Strength
Being a powerful Azzuth, Lazzaris is endowed with a sort of super strength that he has gotten from his many deals and exchanges for power. Lazzaris can break down steel doors with ease, and can lift creatures and dragons that are around his size.
Powerful Senses
Lazzaris has much stronger hearing and sense of smell than normal dragons.
Agile
Having no real wings, Lazzaris is very fit, and can outrun most dragons, even if they are flying.
Black Opal Claws/spines:
Lazzaris' claws and spines are made of black opal, allowing him to injure, and kill other Azzuth.
Weaknesses:
Devil's Trap
If Laz is inside this large symbol, he is trapped inside until released, or until his mortal form is destroyed.
Mortal Form
If Lazzaris' is killed, he is sent back to the inferno. Depending on how he was killed, (by opal knife, etc) it will take him a few hours to a month to return.
Black Opal Blades
Like any other Azzuth, Black opal blades can severely injure Laz, but cannot kill him.
Stunning Magic
Spells and effects designed to stun or paralyze dragons momentarily has a larger effect on Lazzaris, causing him to be affected longer and affected worse than a normal dragon.
Radiant Magic
Radiant and light based magic can stun and paralyze Lazzaris momentarily. (1-3 posts)
Albino Animals
Alike to all Azzuth, Laz is deathly afraid of pure white red eyed creatures. If cornered by one, Lazzaris will even leave his mortal form and escape into the inferno. If he cannot see the creature, he isn't afraid of it.
Fire
In his smoke form, Lazzaris is repelled by fire, and can be trapped by it. Fire can destroy his smoke form and force him into his mortal form for a few hours, stopping him from being able to teleport.
Fighting Style: Lazzaris is a brutal fighter, preferring to maim and make him enemies lame. He will sometimes fight as if he's weaker than his opponents, tricking them into making themselves vulnerable.
Magic:
Ring of the Archangel
Using a Black ring inscribed with white angel wings, Lazzaris can summon a set of 130ft feathered black wings that last for one hour (5-8 posts). The ring can only be activated twice in a week (twice every topic).
The wings can be summoned for five minutes to prevent the burnout of the magic (Half a post duration), and keeps the cool-down to a few hours (5 posts.)
The Deal
Lazzaris has the ability to make supernatural deals with other dragons, normally at a crossroads. It is considered a magical exchange, and can be stopped or impeded by magic inhibiting spells/effects.
These deals can vary in concept, but both sides are required to fulfill their side of the deal. Lazzaris is an expert at twisting the deals to always go in his favour.
Laz can only do a few of these deals at a time, as they can be quite tiring for him, depending on the context of the deals.
Lazzaris looses magic from these deals, which regenerates over time. The more deals he makes, the less distance he can teleport, he can't use telekinesis, or control fire, and at an extreme, he is unable to use his smoke form.

Summon Hound: This needs explanation, especially the 'can kill dragons' part. It is way too vague and needs more details.
Biokenisis: Range?
Smoke Form: Is he invincible in this form? Take damage? Does damage to possessed dragons also pass onto him?
Teleportation: Cooldown/ 'casting' time?

This whole thing doesn't make sense to me. Can you explain this more?

No immortal dragons allowed. This has to change for your character and also makes this weakness moot.

This is a fear, not a weakness

You need to balance out your character, and not make them good at anything. Immotal dragons are not allowed, so you cannot have someone who is capable of dying and coming back to life. Bump when editted
