  Personality: Kyuurei is a courageous, adventurous dragon who is confident in his own icy abilities and magic and would let nothing stop him from completing his goals. With his morale in justice and doing good, Kyuurei doesn't mind lending a talon or two to help others whenever he can. However, this makes him naive by taking in the actions of others at face value and often struggle with determining who is good and trustworthy from the bad or the other way round.
 
 He isn't fond of Kaamil that much and tends to express no interest in the tribe itself due to his past conflicts with them. Despite that, he believes there is good in everyone, having been not exposed to the worst of the world yet...

  Hobbies:  When not with anyone, Kyuurei would  go exploring and learn new things, or watch over the animals in a location.
  Likes: Wolves and most other animals, Seafood and history of the tribes + ancient discoveries/beliefs.
  Dislikes:  The Kaamil tribe, having nothing to do/being bored, spicy foods and snowstorms
  Fears: Being helpless, losing someone close to him and facing the consequences resulting from the past.

  History: Before Kyuurei was born, there was a shooting star that lit the night skies of Nuria before colliding with the planet, it was a small one so not many would had realised its importance. However, a pack of wolves was nearby the meteorite's landing site and investigated, what would they discover was a little newly born hatching. Instead of attacking it and killing it like normal wolves would do, they took it in as part of their pack and thus Kyuurei came to be. He called himself the name Kyuurei after an unknown voice from an unknown source repeated it into his head several times.
 
 Although Kyuurei couldn't understand the wolves' speech if they had one, he fit right into the pack from learning their body languages and mimicking their howls. The wolves taught him their ways of living and hunting. For five years, Kyuurei had a great hatchling-hood.  

However, nothing would stay the same forever. As one day, they had came, those who looked similar to him but much bigger and more intimidating, caught Kyuurei during his territory patrol. At first, he would run away, retreating to his pack but they would follow after him. This led to the wolves attacking the dragons to protect Kyuurei from them, which soon proven futile as all of the wolves were slaughtered by the talons of the dragons. Kyuurei stood helplessly as he watched with horror for the first time in his life as he was removed from the bloodbath by the very dragons that slaughtered his only family.

The dragons had taken him to a strange new place, tall buildings instead of trees within a desolate snowy desert as opposed to his former lush forest home. As well as several more dragons like him, yet they were all different from him. He was curious as first, taking the time to study several fields as they had called it and learnt to speak their language, even taking on a high place (At least an apprentice of a high rank). 15 years later after his introduction to the tribe, Kyuurei was a wiser dragon, but kept his original personality intact, always having a craving for adventure as well as being loved...

One fateful day, he had a dream that he had witnessed the massacre of wolves again. Knowing his connection and former relationship with the wolves, he decided to ask an advisor about his dream. They reassured that it was not a 'dream' but an event of his past, a group of Huins had came across him as a hatching and rescued him from a pack of wolves. Kyuurei almost immediately went into a fit of rage, almost killing the advisor as he told them that it was his family and they loved him more than anyone would. He fled the tribe territory when the Sais arrived.

Having ran away from the tribe which was no longer his home, Kyuurei wandered the untamed lands lost in life and purpose. He wasn't really sure what his next move was, maybe to do a bit of exploring...

  Abilities:

~Kyuurei has heightened senses in smelling and hearing, more akin to a wolf.
 
 ~Iceburst: This is Kyuurei's main breath weapon. This attack is blue in colour and can be created without the warm-up. being only 4 feet diameter in size, it is not very destructive but has the potential to freeze a small part of the body. Kyuurei will often use this to land hits on his opponents up to 90 feet away.

~Icebeam: This move has a longer range than Iceburst, going up to 200 ft. Kyuurei must take a second or two to charge up this powered up breath attack, leaving a window of frame for the opponent to react. However, if the beam hits, it deals piercing damage on the scales as well as leaving frostbite behind. It has enough force behind the ice beam to clear away a blocked path of stones. This attack has a cool-down of two turns per use though.    

  Strengths:
 
~Kyuurei possess jagged claws, they are used to aid him in scaling mountains and hanging onto something to avoid getting blown away but they also could be used in melee.

~Kyuurei is strong for his tiny size, being capable of carrying things three times his size.  

~He can run for a long time thanks to his good agility and stamina, he has quick enough reflexes to change directions on spot.   

  Weaknesses:

~Kyuurei lacks the armour provided by scales for defence since he doesn't have any. Anything sharp can penetrate through his fur and feathers and into his hide.

~Being of small stature comes with its own weakness, bigger dragons may overpower Kyuurei in strength even the weaker giants and are more likely to sweep him off his feet.

~His ice abilities may not be the most reliable in extremely hot places such as the sand desert since it can weaken the strength and longevity of his ice abilities/magic. Fire may counter his ice attacks.  

~Kyuurei dehydrates faster than the average dragon, requiring to drink water more often. This may be the side effect of being an ice dragon as ice are solid water.  

  Fighting Style:  Being a small dragon, he often avoids attacks from others as much as possible by using his agility and stamina to his advantage. He uses both melee or ranged attacks to chip away from the opponent or cripple them by freezing them.
 
  Magic:
 ~Ice shield: Kyuurei raises a wall of ice spikes all around him except for above and behind him. The wall stands as tall as 14 feet and are thick enough to resist scratches and ranged attacks other than fire. On the other hand, a big blow easily shatters the shield but Kyuurei uses this shield for a quick getaway.
 
 ~Ice dash: Kyuurei surrounds himself in an icy aura and makes mad dash towards the opponent, colliding into them with his extremely cold body and leaving a frostbite behind. This is a risky move though as he can get injured during the attack either from the opponent's rough and sharp body or Kyuurei himself missing the target leaving himself open as he recoil from the momentum.
 
 ~Glaciate: Kyuurei's most powerful attack, he unleashes a harsh snowstorm into the general area, harming anyone caught in the radius. This attack is so powerful it exhausts Kyuurei of his strength so he uses only when he is in a dire situation, or ones a thread. This attack can expand up to 120 feet in a snow wasteland, or 20 feet at the highest temperature in the desert as a min-max radius range. The size of the radius depends on the temperature of the environment Kyuurei is in.

Maps are being redone! You can find the old versions on the old Tribe Information page (here) but keep in mind that the new Tribe Information can be found here instead. There are definitely changes being made, but the Kaamil are still located on Layrian.

History: Judging by the fact that the wolves named him, and took care of him for 5 years, I'm assuming that Kyuurei can speak to wolves...? If so, this should be mentioned somewhere. Since he was adopted as a hatchling, I'd image that it's an innate ability, but you can label it magic if you'd like. If it just limited to wolves? Can he speak with other creatures? Plants?

This information- if he can indeed speak with wolves- would most likely go under Abilities, as it's hard to imagine a newborn running around and slinging spells. If you think otherwise you can certainly put it under Magic, but the way you've written your backstory certainly makes a good case for it being an Ability instead.

Physical Appearance and Accessories: All good here too!

Abilities and Strengths:

Abilities: These "Abilities" that you have seem more like Strengths. The line can get blurry here, but generally Abilities are things that your draconiforme naturally possesses. So this section is where things like breath weapons and other inherent abilities would go. For example: Healing abilities, camouflage, underwater breathing, psychic abilities, etc... But! Even when you swap these abilities over into the Strengths section, you'll only need one more Weakness to balance it out!

Strengths: All good here!

Weaknesses: Mostly good here, just one question about the last Weakness: How would he lose his ice energy? By using too much magic? Lingering in too hot of a place? For this weakness to really apply, there has to be a listed way for this to happen. Otherwise it's much to ambiguous.

Fighting Style: All good here!

Magic: I'd recommend putting Icy Aura under Abilities since it seems to be more an innate power, rather than something he learned over time. But over all, how many times can he do these per day? Per hour? Just limits in general.

~Glaciate: Does this actually harm anyone caught in the radius?

~Snowing: Is this something he voluntarily does? Or does it just happen, a side effect that he has no control over?

Abilities: Are all of these things specifically innate abilities? The line between Magic and Abilities can get rather blurry, but the main difference is that Abilities are based on physical characteristics. So hence the breath weapons, camouflage, healing abilities, etc. Also, you do have post limits, but how many times can he do these per day? Is there a limit per day? Please specify either way.

~Icy Aura: "He potentially could freeze someone solid if they tried to hug him." Can this be resisted? If not, how can it be cured? How long does it take to freeze someone solid? Does it matter how much contact the person has with him? i.e. does the time it takes to freeze vary depending on whether someone just pokes him or full on tackles him? Mainly need limits on this so it's not a 1-hit KO, and because you can't kill someone else's character without their permission.

~Iceburst: "While charging up the ball, Kyuurei can be disrupted" How hard/easy is it to distract him? Will just a poke do it? Or does it have to be something more solid, like a decent hit, or another spell's effect?

Weaknesses:

Ice Energy: How much usage is too much usage? Does the amount used vary with the strength of the spells used?

Last-last thing from me- Make sure to put that one minute time limit in Icy Aura into post limits, and specify how many times Kyuurei can use his abilities per day. Then, after those are done you'll get your first approval!
