Personality: Alex can be described to be as a mediator, or an outgoing introvert, ambivert, or shy extrovert. He is difficult to get to know: private, reserved, self-conscious, and won't speak to anyone unless actually spoken to. Even then, he'll only offer a small "hi" or "hello" and go back to whatever he was doing. He hates initiating conversations, but once he gets into the conversation, she'll become more open and outgoing, and smiles easily. In his small group of friends, he can be considered to be one of the loudest and most crazy, and can't stop smiling because stuff. This also applies to asking for help. It concerns pride issues and self-confidence, because he's worried that said person will look down on her for asking a question, because there ARE such thing as "stupid questions". He cares deeply for her friends, but is a coward when it comes to things related to horror.  

While he is shy at first, he's pretty curious about the world and always likes to learn more about it, but tries to avoid social interaction as best as he can. His parents, especially his dad, drilled into his head to "help people" and that's what he intends to do. He doesn't know how yet, but he knows that he wants to help the people in need. He loves to laugh and have fun with his friends. His friends are usually few and far between. The ones who make the cut become his friends for life. He can also get impatient pretty easily, and has a habit of vibrating his whole leg when irritated, worried, or impatient. This is why he hates waiting in line for things, and would rather just skip the whole thing and do something else.

When it comes to jokes, Alex's jokes are usually sarcasm. He's a good listener, at times probably butting in with his own comment, but for the most part, he listens patiently.
