Personality: Stelle is a calm, eastern dragon with a laid back attitude and has a generally positive outlook to life, he is okay with just about anything and seems to be ready for anything to happen. He always is either thinking or spending time with good friends which are 2. To others, he tends to look empty or without emotion for his bland face he commonly wears. Sometimes Stelle can have outbreaks of sadness in his thoughts and sometimes even happiness, he will rarely smile but at what he calls "miracles" he will bear a small smile (his definition of miracle is either something intervening with fate). He doesn't really have a sense of humor as far as it goes, the most funny jokes he can crack are ones you'd find in a trash bin.  

Hobbies: Stelle enjoys to star gaze, he tends to be spotted at coasts and beaches where he enjoys taking a small swim.

Likes: Stelle enjoys space in whole, nothing more to it. He enjoys peace and belief in different timelines. The theory of alternate universes where even the smallest thing may be different but has a huge effect.

Dislikes: He despises anyone that attempts to harm those he loves and care for. He hates those who believe they are above all else. too much self confidence and blame.  

Fears: Stelle is afraid of losing everything and losing his cool, he demands himself to stay calm for those he loves. The thought of death does not shake him at all, though he fears the death of others.

Scale/Fur/Feathers: Stelle has a small row of feathers with a star pattern on them on the top of his head, drawing back. He also owns a white fur with yellow stars lining them

Abilities and Strengths


Abilities: Stelle has a set range for each of his abilities as they are AOE based, each creature in 120 feet of him will have every pressure point in their body revealed by a small glowing star. once they leave this range, the stars will disappear.

He is also able to shoot of bullet-like projectiles that have a trace to them, the color of this trace is blue. the bullet's impact will be able to make a cutting through air function and starts dropping speed at about 50 feet, afterward it will turn and make it's way back to Stelle, which can hit him and hurt him in the process, once the bullet hits it's target, it will make that area distorted from the inside and making the target unable to use that part.
This effect will disappear In 2 minutes to 3 hours depending on how close the target was, when the distorting part is mentioned, it is not actually distorting more than it is a feeling caused by the bullet, the bullet only targets pressure points but can be missed, it is all on the user's aim, so stelle can aim a shot towards a pressure point in the body and possibly hit that shot will make that body part unable to use.

The final ability has a name called speeding stars. this ability allows Stelle to swiftly move as a blur, for only 3 seconds as pushing it can make him dizzy and for longer can do internal damage to his bones and mind. This speed can go to 80 miles per hour and can be a weakness towards him as he has not gotten hang of this ability and has almost died a good amount of times.

each has a cool down, the bullets will have to recharge as the stars on his body light up, pressure point visibility is automatic and cannot be controlled, the speed has a cool down of 3 hours.

Strengths: A calm mentality, preventing stress and intense speed, he is much faster in air then on ground moving at about 50 miles.
Weaknesses: easily distracted, seems to have no care for others aside from those he loves, can tend to get out of hand in attacks. and can tire himself out fast. He has not gotten use to his speed and can almost kill himself while using it.

Fighting Style: he is a long to short range fighter, tending to prefer far range
Magic: The only way I could truly describe this magic is star energy or that is his passive which allows Stelle to use his abilities, these powers are at their strongest at a clear night sky as the stars are visible and charge his power even greater. It only really makes the length longer for the night's duration so it is only stronger when it comes to outranging opponents. This boost will give a x2 effect to all his range and once the sky is clouded at all, this attribute will disappear.
