Personality: Despite hailing from the harshest chasms of the cold, Kyuurei has one of the warmest hearts a dragon could possibly have. Other than payment for his rent in Kaamil, Kyuurei takes the time of his life to tackle issues other dragons, which may caused by self doubt and trauma. He may not be the wisest of 'self acclaimed' goody goodies but he tries, he really does.

Gifted with natural talents and rare abilities, Kyuurei has a lot of compassion towards animals but have a harder time showing sympathy for dragons, as he had observed that dragons are more likely to be twisted and double-faced than animals, and are responsible for many conflicts on Nuira. Yet he believes that all of the dragons are missing something in their lives, and that is Ice cream.

History: His real name is Chilam actually. His origin is unknown and yet, dragons mistook him as the return of a former Inira under the name Kyuurei who disappeared years ago for unknown reasons. As everyone were convinced that he is Kyuurei, Chilam got easily accepted in the tribe, which at the time, was the best place to retreat from 'previous problems'. More to be revealed later.

Physical Appearance and Accessories

Height: 29 feet
Length: 67.5 feet, 46.5 feet if not counting the tail
Wingspan: 101 feet
Scale/Fur/Feathers: blue fur of various hues that covers almost his entire body. The most notable features is he has a light blue to white chest and heavily feathered back of same colour. His wings are a lovely cyan, or light blue, they always seem to shimmer and sometimes reflect light from its surroundings like ice.
Eyes: Notoriously bright pink
Accessories:
~Kyuurei has a dark blue starch which mainly stores rolled up meat for the wolves, most fruits and seeds for the birds. Occasionally he would carry books/scrolls in this.

Armor: No type of armour worn as he doesn't own one.
Horns/Spikes: One set of movable horns on the back of his forehead.

Abilities and Strengths

~Wing Shield: Kyuurei can expand his wings over his head to act as a shield against physical and magical attacks, absorbing its force instead of taking damage and sometimes knocking him away if the attack was too powerful to simply absorb. Though his wings don't cover his back, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. After a decent amount of hits or one powerful attack, his wings will eventually 'break' and will take 4 posts for them to recover and be able to be used to shield or fly.

~Kyuurei can understand the language of Wolves and birds, having raised many wolves and had been friends with some birds (coughs coughs)

~He can summon up to five wolves to accompany him (though only two wolves can be with him at the time), they are larger than your average wolves found on Earth and have a giant ice flake infused within them as per part of evolution and helps them cope hotter temperatures that, otherwise, regular wolves cannot. They can help Kyuurei in combat or sniff any treasures, hidden paths or for danger. Their height averages around twenty five feet. Each wolf are only summoned once a topic and won't come back in said topic afterwards. How does he summon them? How many can he summon at a time, like how long does it take to summon them?

~Thanks to gills, he can breathe while underwater for indefinitely. However, a big drawback to this ability is he can't withstand the pressure beyond 300ft.

Strengths:

~Kyuurei's physical strengths lie most in his head and claws so he close combat with these body parts the most. His tail is capable of lifting things up to the third quarter of his size

~Super cold resistance, Kyuurei has more resistance than an average ice dragon does

~Kyuurei also refuses to give up or stand down for what he truly believes in, a bold spirit

~High agility and quick reflexes

Weaknesses:

~Kyuurei's scales are easily penetrable with sharp objects like claws and teeth.

~Despite capable of breathing fire and lighting, Kyuurei is not resistant to either of them. Fire melts his feathers and fur off, exposing his scales weakened from the fire. Feathers and fur grow back upon contract with freezing cold temperatures. Electricity shocks him and stuns him for a bit (and fur goes all fluff!)

~Heat, although Kyuurei can tolerate fires and super hot environmental temperatures, it physically weakens him and, if exposed to over 35 C temperatures for more than two posts, he won't be able to use his fire or lightning magic as he must stick with ice magic to cool him down.

~Wings, while his wings are broken, Kyuurei won't be able to protect himself or fly whilst his wings are recovering. This is not a weakness, this is a statement.
Any dragon with broken wings cannot fly.

~Lightweight, though Kyuurei can get a good grip on the ground with his claws, he can be easily blown away with a powerful force as well as thrown off balance when not on the surface such as strong air or water currents

Fighting Style: Varied
Magic:

Kyuurei has his ice magic ability since birth, so using ice is very natural. For an unknown reason, Kyuurei decided to master fire and lightning as well. Fire is probably for an ice dragon to learn, although, Kyuurei had eaten a bunch of weird crystals in order to wield both fire and lightning magic. This chart is split up into three types, standard, passive and miscellaneous.

Standard element attacks

Icebeam, it is a line of ice that can reach up to 100 feet instantaneously, though it takes up a post to charge up the beam before unleashing it. If it hits someone, can give them a sensation of burning for two posts as well as a 60% chance of freezing them solid (for as long as until broken free). Freeze one part of them, or all of them?

Icejet, Spear like ice that is easy to melt but he can shoot up to two in one post, yet it be either from his mouth, tail or wing. Can reach up to speeds of 80mph over 80 feet, the spears themselves are rather as small as 4 feet tall and 12 feet long.

Flameblast is another of those charges up attack where Kyuurei has to wait for one post before sending a huge ball of fire out of his maw or tail, this giant ball lasts up to 100 feet before dissipating.

Flamethrower is a stream of fire that can reach up to 50 feet just like Icejet, only that the fire is continuous til out of breath, meaning it can last for up to ten seconds. If cut abruptly before the 10 seconds are used, Kyuurei would need to exhaust the remaining fire in the next post before the cooldown kicks in.

Electric-surge is a beam of wild lightning that is unleashed from Kyuurei's mouth and can spread as far as 60 feet radius and as wide as 110 degrees in a quarter circle. When someone gets hit by this lightning, it gives them a funny sensation in their brain and, if get severe enough, stuns or paralyses them for one post. Any charging time?

Boltburst requires one post warm-up but a weaker version can be created without the warm-up. Once it is ready, Kyuurei fires a huge blue/small red ball of lightning from his maw or tail that lasts up to distances up to 90 feet before exploding, creating devastating damage. Boltburst is powerful enough to send a part of a cavern tumbling down (if fully charged) and unblock pathways blocked by tumbled rocks (Even if no charge) However, Kyuurei isn't immune to the explosion nor the debris caused by his boltburst, (lucky only 10 feet feet diameter for red ball or 30 feet diameter for blue ball)

if any of these standard attacks are used, there is a one post cooldown before Kyuurei can use any other elemental attacks on the list above.

Passive

These auras depend on the type of element Kyuurei has used to attack with or had been created with previously, based on both element attacks and miscellaneous. Here are the three main ones;

Ice aura: Kyuurei is really cold to the touch and may inflict frost on his surroundings. This aura helps him cope with his surroundings

Fire aura: In this aura, Kyuurei is just the right temperature to be cuddled. Wings and claws may be 200 C hot in combat, don't touch them.

Lightning aura: Kyuurei is quicker on his feet and air. May cause several static electricity to himself or to whoever may touch him.

Miscellaneous

~Reflective Wing shield: An upgrade of the Wing shield. You can tell it's activated when you see the feathers on the wings are much more shiny than usual as well as glowing slightly. Like the name says, it reflects all physical and magical projectiles away when bounced upon, though never at the opponent who threw the projectiles.

~Snowing! If the area temperature is lower than 10 C, Kyuurei can make it snow. After one post, there is half an inch of snow on the ground within a 120 feet diameter. It's basically useless to him so, yay?

~Ice cream! Kyuurei spends pointless magic to make ice cream using any ingredient as the flavour. He can make as much as he wants, well, 100 litres of ice cream a day is his limit. More than that mentally exhausts him. Good job if you made it that far.
