Gandalf having the ability to alter his form at will due to his Sigma Strand and his skin pigment changes along with his elemental alignment, he effortlessly shifts to a form resembling a Vuari, even his mana signature matches that of a Vuari. Over the years he's studied the different languages of the dragon tribes and speaks perfectly in each of them. He approaches the border to Vuari keeping calm knowing his disguise will allow him in to the country.
