Personality: Minerva is a wise dragoness with a lifetime of experiences that shaped her into being a compassionate but strong-willed dragon. Minerva is often calm and collected as she almost never freaks out or loses her cool in combat, which is to an almost frightening degree. She is forward thinking and knowledgeable. Instead of blindingly attacking her opponent, she would rather plan out an ambush and take calculated strikes. As an older dragon, Minerva acts as something of a big sister to other dragons, even to strangers. She is often considering the feelings of other members of the group and ensuring their well being. She has an unparalleled sense of honor and will not kill a defenseless target unless absolutely necessary. As a rogue, she is neutral to all the tribes unless one threatens her. She is willing to give aid to any nation if it benefits both of them. Although she tries to be a peaceful dragon, its to mask her violent disposition and sadistic tendencies. Because of this, she has grown to somewhat loathe herself for her violent nature. She is often uncomfortable when anyone digs up what she has done while being a Xoyan commander.
Hobbies: Sparring, experimenting with new magic techniques, tea making. Helping out the locals wherever she goes and giving sound advice
Likes: Minerva loves the thrill of combat and enjoys eating cooked meat. She finds courage and selflessness to be very attractive and gravitates to any dragon that puts their soldiers and people before themselves.
Dislikes: Minerva dislikes eating raw meat and looks down upon acts of cowardice and dishonor. She is uncomfortable with her own past and has yet to forgive herself for all the things she did.
Fears: Minerva has an irrational fear of the ocean even if shes literally an apex predator. She is scared of the violent ruthless side of her and tries to suppress it though sometimes she fails. Although she is confident in her abilities, she is scared of dying.

History:  Minerva is an older dragon and has spent the majority of her  long life as a schutzen commander, and as such, has developed her combat skill far beyond the average dragon. This in conjunction with her rare magical abilities makes her a force to be reckoned with. She helped the army conquer vast stretches of territory and thus, became a very decorated soldier that could easily live the rest of her life with great respect and honor. However, she chose to go rogue one day, simply vanishing from the army and leaving behind everything. Instead, she chose to live a secluded humble life as a sort of punishment for all of her previous sins during her service. Living a humble life has given her wisdom and she is often helping other dragons out no matter what their allegiance is. Unfortunately, her abandonment of her past is often viewed as traitorous and dishonorable by her fellow Xoyans. Nowadays, she lives a nomadic life and never stays in one place too long. Wherever she travels, she tries to help the local people and defends the innocent. She is also always willing to have a chat and share some tea. (she makes the best tea on the continent)

Horns/Spikes: Minerva has a large pair of golden horns that give the impression she is wearing a crown.
Overall Appearance: Minerva has ivory white scales with gleaming gold horns that gives her an almost royal quality along with the regal and elegant way she moves. Minerva is exceptionally large, with a wingspan around that can envelope smaller dragons and a muscular body. She has a dark grey underbelly that contrasts her pale scales. Her irises are bright magenta with thin reptilian pupils. The wyvern wings are merged with her arms and she has a long sturdy tail with a bony fin at the end of it which is used as a weapon. Her broad wings have a spiky shape and as a wyvern, are merged with her front arms. The tips of her arm-wings are two large claws that can be used to grip onto a surface or thrust at an opponent.





Abilities: Minerva has a basic fire breath that cant be used as an attack. Instead, it's used to cook her meals or provide light. Minerva can temporarily harden a small section of her body to the same strength and toughness as tungsten. Because of this, this ability allows her to boost her offensive and defensive capabilities. The scales affected will have an ethereal crystalline texture while this is active and be extremely difficult to damage. The strengthening effect can only last 2 turns before needing a 3 turn cooldown. Minerva can harden a portion of a wing, the entire fin of her tail, or an entire leg.
Strengths: Even without her scale strengthening ability, Minerva is exceptionally durable with her advanced scale structure and high pain tolerance. Minerva also has above average speed and agility for a dragon of her size. She can dash at 25 mph at short intervals and fly at 80mph. Being a Nordic Wyvern, Minerva has a large magical capacity and can use her magic with little effort.
Weaknesses: Without her magic, Minerva is a below average long range fighter as her fire breath is weak and used more for utility rather than a weapon. Minerva’s grey underbelly is considerably weaker than the rest of her body. Although she is quite agile in the air, Minerva is slightly slower and clumsy than the average dragon on land since she only has one pair of legs and walks on her wings. Minerva has come to loathe herself for her violent nature and is hesitant of confronting her past.
Fighting Style: Minerva is a menace up close where she can see the eyes of her opponent. Her scales strengthening ability allows her to block a strike or allow a limb to do more damage when it contacts an opponent. Minerva uses her speed and agility to close the gap in order to limit her weakness from long range.
Magic: Minerva uses her vast reserves of mana to create matter from nothing.

Spectral javelins: Concentrating her mana, Minerva can summon glowing javelins that she shoots towards her opponents with great accuracy and speed. These javelins don't do much damage but have strong armor-piercing capabilities. Their velocity is 120 mph and has a range of 200 meters. After using this ability, the cooldown is 4 turns. She can also use her magic to heal minor to semi-moderate wounds though this can only be performed once every irp day.

Spectral blade: In the same way she summons javelins, Minerva can create a glowing broadsword from her mana that she can wield with telekinesis. From hilt to tip, the blade is 40 feet long and has the same durability and sharpness as an equivalent steel sword. Once summoned, the blade lasts for 7 turns before entering a cooldown phase where Minerva can't summon it for the rest of the irp day. Maximum range she can hold her blade is 40 feet.

Calamity: Minerva’s ultimate ability is one of high risk but allows her to cause immense destruction. Once activated, Minerva must spend an entire turn charging up her magic. Once she is ready, she can unleash a rain of spectral javelins upon an area of 100 feet by 100 feet for an entire turn. Minerva must be in the air while this ability is charging and being used. If Minerva is damaged moderately while she is charging this attack, it cancels the ability out and does extra damage to Minerva. After use, Minerva can no longer use magic for the rest of the fight and exhaustion will immediately set in, lowering her ability to fight drastically.

Strengths:
1. "Being a Nordic Wyvern, Minerva has a large magical capacity and can use her magic with little effort." Define little effort - does this mean she can use her magic extensively for a long time before her reserves, I'm assuming, depletes, or does she suffer little repurcussions? Both? Something else?

Weaknesses:
1. "Minerva’s grey underbelly is considerably weaker than the rest of her body." This weakness can easily be negated by her ability to harden certain sections of her body - could you either switch the weakness to something that's more generally applicable, or add one more, to balance her out better?
2. "Minerva has come to loathe herself for her violent nature and is hesitant of confronting her past." How is this a weakness, exactly...?

Magic:
1. Spectral Javelins: How many of this can she create at once? Can they be deflected and / or affected by environmental conditions (strong wind, for example)? By "great accuracy" do you mean they tail their target, or are they simply able to consistently strike a certain spot? Do they lose accuracy with distance?
2. Spectral Blade: You mentioned telekinesis, which I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to go into detail about in a separate paragraph. What's the range of her telekinesis? Its limits? What's the heaviest object she can hold up? Is telekinesis something she can do all the time, without suffering any repurcussions? and so on.
