Personality: terivol is quite the seeker for information and knowledge rather than much else. He mostly finds himself receiving or giving information to others, since how could anyone resist knowledge? This also tends for him to ramble on a bit, especially over subjects of astronomy or astrology! He is quite friendly and willing to get to know others as long as they have the right manners but also enjoying his time to himself as well.
   He can be quite prone to panic in sudden situations as he tends to try and think everything out before hand. Any surprises can generally leave him locked up for a moment before finding a course of action that isn’t immediate instinct.

History: In the Vuarian capitol was he laid and hatched, thus his home remaining there. At his hatching, his scale color and patterns earned himself a couple glances, in a good manner since he seemed to be so unique. His life not so much an exciting one at a young age although he gained a respect for learning over most things. As the time moved on and he grew closer to adulthood, he pushed himself trying to learn over all the subjects he could. But none interested him more than the stars and constellations in the sky. It only made sense to him with his love of learning he’d strive to be Strana.
  Aterivol unlocked some semblance of his magic through the study of a star. He had the strange sense of a pull with his chest. He took the time to clear his thoughts and focus, meditating deep for hours before willing the tug closer. In which it seemed the star had brightened after he did so, when he repeated it and held the pull, it became blindingly bright which forced him to lose that hold. When he could see again, the area around him had been slightly burned in a circle, yet he felt more rejuvenated. After that incident it also made sense to him why he felt his calling in studying the skies.
   Although, he had a hard time properly controlling the magic in its raw state and hard to actually direct to places. Few incidents has made him wary of it, one such including a time where nearly set his home ablaze. Since then, he’s focused fervently to his studies to maybe find a solution or meet a dragon that could help him harness his capability.

Abilities: Adapted to Cold Weather
Strengths: Lithe and quick, better than average stamina
Weaknesses: Not very physically strong, ranged capability is lacking as he doesn’t trust his own Magic, prone to panic in tough situations
Fighting Style: Hit & Run, prefers to wear down opponents
Magic: Astral (Stars, Sun and Moon, nothing overbearing as to actually control them.)
Star Strike: Using the power of the starlight up above, Aterivol can form a beam of condensed crackling purple and gold astral energy. This beam reaches 100ft maximum, is 1ft wide in diameter, and hits like the spray from a fire hose. You're going to feel it, and it's going to hurt. Aterivol can keep the beam going for a maximum of three posts before he runs out of energy, and there's a 5 post cool down before he can use it again.
Moon's Grace: Aterivol can call upon the moon to 'grace' an area around him within a 50ft radius around him. Himself and those allied to him feel a rush of energy through them within the area. While it does no direct healing itself, any pain is dulled but not negated. The light will trail in Aterivol's wake slowly as he moves This would last for 3 posts and have a 3 post cooldown after it has faded or dispelled.
Sunfire: Aterivol can exhale a short and instantaneous burst of magical sunlight that burns anything in front of him within a 30ft cone. This is a very quick and bright flash of light with the capacity to blind as well. The magic does not last for anytime and must wait 2 posts before being able to be used again. b
Eclipse: With a strong flick of his tail, Aterivol can send a dote of magic into the sky, where it will rest and grow for 2 posts before falling back to the ground below. It will impact on the ground and then detonate in a 67ft diameter from the landing point, leaving a small divot into the ground from the force of impact and magical detonation. This ability will only be usable again after 7 posts after being used

Abilities: This part is pretty much fine I think! Though you could probably elaborate as to just how well adapted he is/what his limits are in regards to the cold? But you don't have to add that much, it's pretty self-explanatory

Strengths and Weaknesses: Make sure to have one more weakness than strength! You're at 2S & 2W right now I believe, so just add one more weakness and you should be good to go!
